Out of Madrid, Barcelona, Granada and Mallorca, this is the best coffee we could find in Spain. Super nice barista, chatted about being from Melbourne and chuckled about our coffee culture vs Spanish and Nicaraguan. We're not all that critical are we? 🤣

We were waiting for pinxtos places to open and wanted a coffee. Motx served great coffee and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Whilst we were waiting he came and chatted to us, explained a bit more about coffee and gave us some free samples to try. Outstanding service! We also tried some of the cinnamon cookies which were baked by his wife and were INCREDIBLE! We would recommend this to anyone who wants a coffee in San Sebastián!

Fantastic coffees with some craft beers to go along. Very nice staff and cool ambiance. Only downside is you have to takeaway, but there are lots of nice parks nearby.

5/5 for a reason. Lovely service, gave us the bigger cinnamon bun to share (get it is great), fantastic coffee.

Lovely Lattes - just what we were looking for! Welcomed and served by Manu who was a delight to chat with and taught us a bit more about basque culture! Eskerrik asko! Highly recommend

I was so happy to find this cute coffee shop in the centre of San Sebastian ! The owner (and very cute son!) were very kind, friendly and welcoming. The coffee was delicious and I can't wait to come back in the future :)

Visited a few times whilst in Basque country... and I must say it was the best coffee in Old Town, Donosti... and the guy from Nicaragua (sorry, i didn't get your name) was really friendly, even teaching me some Basque language hahaha...great service....great coffee, and we will see you again...ESKERRIK ASKO 😊😊

Great little coffee shop in the heart of old town San Sebastian. No place for seating, but if you want a good cup of coffee to go, this is your place.

Best coffee in San Seb! We came here twice a day (sometimes more) over our 7 day holiday. We tried other places but Motx was easily the best. Super friendly and great tasting coffee. The nitro brew was awesome for a hot day.

Really tasteful coffee and super friendly barista from Nicaragua (Manuel). Skip the other coffee places and treat yourself with a specialty coffee, freshly brewed. And don’t forget to pay while having conversations with the barista :) eskerrik asko, Manu!

This is the best coffee we have had in Europe. Also loved our chai, ham and cheese croissant and cinnamon pastry. This is a wonderful shop to get an extraordinary, fresh coffee. Manu has a great sense of humor and is inviting, plus he’s English-speaking, which can be helpful.

The staff at Motx was SO incredibly friendly and made a great latte. They made great conversation while making my latte (and afterwards), making me feel like I was a regular when in reality, it was my first time. Certainly recommend!!

Great place with a cool Christian initiative. Coffee could be extracted longer to give a fuller note. Had a flat white but was a bit milky for my liking. Other than that I’ll definitely be back.

Of all the coffee spots we tried in San Sebastián (a lot), Motx was by far the best. The coffee tastes wonderful, and the nitro infused cold brew might be the best I’ve ever had. The gentleman who served us was incredibly knowledgeable about their proces so If you like your coffee, I would make sure you stop by here for a great experience

Excellent coffee and lovely service. Found the owners to be warm and enthusatic. Talked coffee and they even gave us a free coffee so we could try something they were working on. Highly recommend

Superb spot for speciality coffee. My latte was delicious and much cheaper than other coffee shops in the same street.

I also love the selection of cookies and blueberry muffins they have, but my favourite is the slice of focaccia.

Best take away coffee spot in the old town.

Had an early morning coffee here and it was perfectly made. As good a coffee as I have had in Spain. Great service. Funky shop. No wonder it gets 5 stars from everyone.
