We have been very impressed with the service we have received from the start. The conversations before installation, the installation and the after sales service have all been excellent. We would highly recommend.

I have been a customer of this company for over 13 years when it was the contracted supplier for internet and telephony services on our new Residencia in Gata Spain. Like many companies providing this new technology at this time there were some initial problems and the network infrastructure provided by the builder presented many challenges. However they had a very clever dynamic and young new management team and I could see they were determined to resolve the issues and bring in latest technology to provide new exciting services for the future. My faith in this company and it staff proved correct. Issues and problems were resolved and for a few years now we have had a very reliable high tech fibre to the door internet system providing speeds and reliability few competitors can match and at levels I don’t experience in the UK. They now offer all the latest communication systems for the home including telephony and TV all using the most up to date technology and at very competitive prices. On the very rare occasions when I needed help they have provided friendly first class and fast efficient service. This team gives me confidence that as the technology develops Fox will be there to adapt it to provide new and exciting services to the consumer. Well done Fox.

I would like to complain about the work of your team in Gata de Gorgos. I had two appointments last week and no one came. After my complaint, I had a new appointment yesterday. Nobody came again. Nobody answered, even though my phone number is known. I have a job here in Spain and I can't always wait at home.
