Bandida Tapas & Cocktail Bar

Incredible tapas bar!! The servers were so attentive and kind, we were 5 people and didn’t have a reservation (would highly recommend booking a reso if you can) and they were so accommodating for us! The food was phenomenal and they were able to accommodate for a celiac diet as well! Easily the best croquettes and king prawn tacos, the beef cheek and rice (gluten free) was also incredible, cocktails were fantastic. The service was above and beyond - they were very busy as it was a Saturday night but this did not stop them from providing exceptional service! We finished the evening with free shots for the table! One of the best restaurants of our entire trip! If you are in Madrid, you cannot miss this restaurant, I know I will absolutely be back next time I am in Madrid.

Very nice tapas spot that extends quite far to the back! The king prawn tacos were really tasty and the service was great, very attentive. They even gave me a complimentary nice little shot at the end, they also have a nice selection of cocktails!

Amazing experience from start to finish. The food was as amazing as the hospitality. Mario was our server, and he could not have been a more gracious host. If we weren't short on time, and we didn't have so many restaurants on our list, it would be easy to hit this place up a 2nd night in a row.

We will definitely be back!

Had a really enjoyable dinner at Bandida. The cod fritters were the absolutely best! They were the perfect balance of fish and batter. Highly recommend! I also had a mocktail that was phenomenal. Would definitely go back.

Love this place! It has one of the best drinks I’ve had in a long time, the A QUEMARROPA. The bar team is great. You can taste and see how much care and quality ingredients go into the cocktails. Very cute place with good music.
The grilled vegetables with romesco sauce were delicious and well seasoned. The brisket sandwich was good sized with tangy bbq sauce, topped with cheese and tomatoes. I liked the focaccia it was served on. The chicken meatballs were tender and the coconut sauce was light.
The botin imperial cocktail was also quite tasty. And I enjoyed the dark chocolate served with it.

Service was very friendly and great recommendations. We will definitely be back!

Friendly and attentive staff. Nice bar and seating. Some food choices too. Nice cocktails and reasonably priced overall. Centrally located.

Visited with some work colleagues and I can only describe this bar and the team as exceptional.

All drinks were made with absolute and undwavering care, looked and tasted great.

Bars like this are a rare find, if I was in Madrid for longer I would have gone by a second time to get some food too.

All of the food (especially the Ceviche) and the drinks (Espresso Martini, Trouble Maker, Old Fashioned and Whiskey Sour) were excellent! Service was top notch.

We went here for cocktails and had a really good time! The waiters were kind and the vibe was casual. The cocktails were very good: I recommend trying the Botín Imperial, we had to order a second one 😉 The ambiente was cozy as well. Will definitely revisit when in Madrid!

Loved it! We stumbled upon this gem on our recent trip to Madrid and were so glad we did.
The vibes are vibing, the drinks are giving, the food is a party in a bite.
The Old Fashioned and Spicy Margarita were freshly made and perfectly balanced (kudos to the bartender).
The food was beautifully presented, and offered a lovely mix of international flavors that perfectly complemented each other. This restaurant is on the pricier side, but worth it. Do yourself a favor and order the pork belly bao buns, tuna tataki, and the scallops with the green curry!
Reservations recommended.

While not all of it was traditional Spain but more fusion you will not be disappointed! They have a great selection of liquor and we were very impressed! I wish I could eat everyday here
The chef is from equador and he transformed the common ingredients in to exceptional dishes
Our favorites were the shrimp taco, grilled scallops, pork belly and shrimp toasts!

Excellent tapas! I would recommend this spot. With a great atmosphere and service. The highlights were:
- Croquetas
- Patatas bravas
- Grilled vegetables

The meat in the bao was very tender but dry. We felt like it was missing a sauce to help cut through.

Very cool place cozy and interesting, the food is amazing and so the cocktails, waiters are patient. highly recommended!

My best friend and I came to eat here literally 20 minutes ago and it was hands down the best food we’ve ever had. Not one dish disappointed and the drinks were even better. We ordered the salad, gazpacho, beef cheek with rice, and croquettes (HEAVENLY). The service and atmosphere were beyond superb and would recommend this place to anyone in Madrid. We will happily come back just to eat here!!

The atmosphere was a bit quiet when we went in (Thursday night) - However do not let that fool you. The food is divine.
We ordered two each which was more than enough. The prawn tacos were cooked just right and with the hot sauce; it took it to another level. In fact I’m not going to list the items we ordered as I feel it will to a disservice to the other delicious items on the menu.

First time having a Sangria and it did not disappoint. The spicy Margarita’s were 👌

We came here after googling the 'best tapas near the hotel'. Although not so much a tapas bar / restaurant, it's more a Mexican fusion bar / restaurant with sharing size dishes. Fortunately the waiter advised us to start slowly as the dishes here were 'large'.

We ordered 3 dishes. The potatoes, king shrimp tacos and the pork belly bao.

All 3 dishes were superb and we highly recommend all of them. All the dishes were perfectly seasoned and the tacos especially oozed amazing flavors.

The sangria was one of the tastiest we had experienced so far in Madrid.

To conclude. This is an excellent bar /,restaurant and deserves the high ratings here on Google.
