I bought my Redmi Note 9 Pro from this shop several years ago. This morning I visited fully expecting to have to buy a new phone as I had recurring problems with the contacts on my phone. Two members of the "Arena" team worked hard to restore the contacts and left me a happy customer! Thanks guys that's great customer service.

Very helpful team! I wanted to buy a charging pad as my iPhone did not charge anymore. Unfortunately, they did not have it. But he checked the issues on my phone and repaired them within seconds without a charge. - Perfect service!

Fantastic place. Super helpful staff. I went to get my daughter's homework printed off and they did it straight away even though it was close to closing. They deal with all IT problems, sell phones etc. I collected my Lobster SIM from there and they helped me set it up. They all speak superb English. Would recommend Cyber Arena to everyone.

Took my wife’s iPhone 6 to Cyber Arena on Tuesday 2/1/24 and found the service to be excellent. I explained the problem was a failing battery which needed changing and was given a menu of prices depending on make, model and battery quality. I was quoted an hour for the work to be carried out so we went for coffee and when we returned the phone was ready. It is working as new, and we are very pleased with result and the nice young man who served us 9sorry we did not get your name0.

I asked to help with my notebook to install two 2 micro-screws fixing bottom cover, which were lost.
This small work was done very quickly The staff was a very pleasant and they have not took money.
The shop was very big, well air-conditioned with working toilet for guests. The staff is very welcome and speaks English and French.
1.5 year ago I was here to replace my battery for iPhone 6S+. So now is time to say that the battery works like original Apple. Very good service and quality spare parts. It was the same welcome staff. I noted for me and my friends this shop as exceptional for future visits.

This was the first time I collected a package from here. My Spanish is not very good but we coped well and I picked up the item.

I needed a cover plate for my Galaxy J7 and for 10 euros I got it within hours. T-Mobile couldn't do that. They were going to replace the entire handset.
