A wine tour with a difference. Enrique is an enthusiastic oenologist who is rebuilding and saving local winemaking in Hervas. We visited during the grape harvest, so we saw (and tasted) the whole process. We first toured the old vineyards which are a delight, before coming back to the winery. Using centuries-old natural methods, with minimal intervention, he makes beautiful young wines. Thank you for a great afternoon - one of the most enjoyable experiences in Hervas.

Parada obligatoria si Visitas Hervas!! Estuvimos en familia pasando el fin de semana y nos encantó la visita a esta bodega!! 100 por 100 recomendable, el trato, la explicación del propietario… emprendedor de un mundo muy antiguo pero con mucho por descubrir….nos llevamos un aceite también de ellos espectacular!!

Si pasas por Hervás, para en Gaia. Sitio muy agradable, el trato que ofrecen al visitante es excelente y el vino... muy bueno. Es muy gratificante e inspirador conocer la historia de este sitio. Hay gente que cree, lo hace y disfruta compartiéndolo. Un 10.
