I have bought two properties via this agency and have only good opinions and feelings towards them.
The lady called Belinda should be very careful about what she writes about people as I have noted that she did give this agency 5 stars two years ago.
My dealings were initially difficult due to the onset of Corona virus and a very complicated situation with the vendor. Once these issues were addressed the purchase went very smoothly.
The second property, which was bought four months after the first was completed in three weeks. My legal team have nothing but praise for the agency and have complimented them on their professionalism and helpfulness.
I for one would recommend this company and would advise anyone looking for a property in the area to contact them. You will be delt with honestly and fairly. Property purchase is always fraught with issues and it was good to have an honest, reliable agent working for me.

I am sure so many know how stressful can be when you buying a house in country you are leaving but how difficult and extremely stressful is when you buying in different country when law is different and language barrier.
I have bought a property via this agency and Mayte was the lady who helped me with buying successfully my dream house and not only that she helped me to buy my house she helped me with my NiE number open bank account ect.
She was kind to help with so many important things you need when you move to different country.
I can only say I wish for more agents as honest and helpful as Mayte and company Oceanside.
I can not say one bad word about the company or Mayte.

Esta agencia ha puesto en venta mi casa sin el permiso de los proprietaros!
Ha traído las fotos en autre agencia inmobiliaria y sobretodo ha puesto a la casa en venta un precio arbitrario!
Esto es lo que ocurre en esta agencia!
La directora trabaja contra ley.
