Modern boutique hotel in a perfect location! We stayed here for one night and loved it. Our room was very spacious and super clean. Nice lighting in the room. They also have a big room to hang, read or work which had nice decor. Definitely recommend.

Loved this hotel. Hotel is located right in the heart. Lot of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Though the rooms are small we didn’t feel cramped. They have done a great job placing the furniture to make it feel spacious. The staff is super nice and friendly.

Our stay at Bilder Boutique Hotel was perfect. The room was well equipped, comfortable and very quiet. The location is ideal for exploring Bilbao, and the team at the hotel are very friendly and accommodating.

Lovely hotel, it is only 2 stars but the rooms are done to the great standard. Staff is wonderful, very helpful. The location is the best, just on the edge of the old town and very close to metro and shops.

We booked this hotel on very short notice as our flight was canceled. That place and surrounding made our evening though. The room (suite) was stylish and spacious, the receptionist friendly and the location just perfect for a little evening walk and dinner in one of the restaurants close-by. We definitely would like to come back some time soon.

Great hotel, close to the city center with easy access to a parking with discount provided by the hotel at check-in. Really friendly and helpful staff, had an amazing interaction with them.
Lovely apartment, cozy, clean and fully equipped; extra points for having an eco-friendly mindset (option to reuse towels, no one time use items like cups, shower gel...).

Stayed for a few nights and had a really nice time! High quality through and through, rooms are nicely laid out. Restaurant downstairs is also very good. Only issue we had was that there was no mini fridge, I would have really liked to have one. Hopefully we will get to come back!

Just a short walk from most of the main attractions in Bilbao, the Builder Boutique Hotel is a great option for tourists in town looking for a newly refurbished hotel situated in Casco Viejo. Room was spacious, fully equipped and spotless clean. The ladies at reception were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served downstairs at La Palma restaurant. Loved the breakfast selection. Around the corner you will find: Casco Viejo metro station, Plaza Nueva (lots of restaurants and pintxos). Not to mention the famous Arriaga Theater is across the Plaza and so is the main train station. The famous Gran Via is a short walk and the Guggenheim Museum is about 25minutes walking from the hotel or a short metro ride.

This hotel was really nice, we went during the Auste Nagusa festival and we barely heard a noise despite the thunderous celebrations outside. My number one metric for hotels is how nice the staff are and the reception staff were really delightful. My partner and I are LGBT and the most uncomfortable situation is when we get asked about the bed. Inma was respectful, patient and friendly with us the whole time and treated us like any other citizen. When we had a problem with the door she got it rectified immediately. I think in Spanish you say she's a "buen fichaje" and she really is. The lift gives you a lot of information which I found unusual but in a good way. Finally the bathroom was clean and spacious and had excellent facilities. This hotel really gave us the best night's of sleep out of our entire holiday and I can't sing the praises of it enough. Excellent hotel! So cosy and in a brilliant location. Rooms were nice and spacious enough, good beds, and lush bathrooms. Everyone working here was super friendly and we enjoyed our stay so so much!
Furthermore, we stayed during Aste Nagusia (totally recommend btw!), during which there will be loads of concerts and partying right by the hotel but we were never bothered by any noise.
Only negative would be that breakfast, which is juice, coffee, pastries, and an egg-dish made to order, was not very gluten-free friendly. They had a frozen GF bread as replacement which I appreciated but no other options. If gluten-free, still stay at this lovely place, but consider breakfast elsewhere.

It is absolute 10 out of 10 score (100%)! The hotel is new, and VERY CONVENIENT to the new town and old town. It is located the end/start of the bridge connecting new & old town. At the rear of the hotel, there is the famous square with loads of cafe/restaurant. I stayed in Rm 401, absolutely fantastic and clean room. I didn’t request to clean my room during my stay, but they did it every day. The receptionist June is very kind and nice, thanks for her host. I definitely recommend this hotel! The hotel is 2 stars because it is new and it doesn’t have other facilities, but if you just want a nice room to stay in Bilbao, it will not let you down!

The hotel is amazing. The best location in the old city, very easy to get to. The rooms are of a really high standard, have everything. The staff is nice and very helpful. Value for money. The hotel is new (from a month ago) and everything is clean and tidy. (That's why there aren't many comments). We will be back!

Very nice hotel perfectly placed to see Bilbao, right behind Plaza Nueva. The hotel has been recently renovated and everything works perfectly and is very functional. The personnel is very helpful and they gave me a 10% discount for the nearby parking.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Bilbao. Really good value for money, quiet and clean. Coffee shop next door is really nice.

Room: stylish, modern interior with quality furniture; spacious: slept really well.

Location: you are in the Casco Viejo, the old city centre. Beautiful old buildings, square, little shops and restaurants.

Parking: go straight to Arenal, you can check in after. You get 10% off.

Walking distance of Guggenheim.

Really just great. Just a two star hotel but pretty much faultless for the price and two star spec. Nice, modern rooms, great staff, awesome location.

Very recently opened so still new and fresh. Simple but well done and everything you need for a city stay. Great location in the old town - near shops, bars, cafes. We walked everywhere in Bilbao. On a pedestrian street a few metres from a taxi rank and the river. Taxi to airport is around 26 euros and quick. We had an interior premium room and found it to be very quiet. The adjoining bar restaurant is handy for meeting up. There is a residents lounge with a couple of sofas and lots of tables on first floor. Hotel front door is locked and opened by room key card. Staff were friendly. Would definitely return.

Wonderful new hotel modern decor and very comfortable quite and best location in old town. I used a lot the restaurant downstairs la Palma and food is amazing
