ibis budget Valencia Centro Puerto

Just want to emphasize what a lovely service we had there from one young and little boy.
He guided us for a lot of stuffs and made for us a breakfast at 5 am as we should catch our train for Barcelona(usually breakfast starts at 7).
The space in the rooms is not enough and has no beautiful view from the window, however we used the room just for sleeping. It was clean and with new furniture.
On other side the breakfast and place for breakfast was very good. The coffee was exactly what I want, usually there are bad black coffee in hotels, here you can try good espresso.

Good location. Close to the beach and the city of arts and sciences. A bus stop is exactly in front of the door. The personnel were great and welcoming. The room was clean and had enough space to stay a short time. The breakfast buffet was complete and delicious. They tried their best to make a good stay for their guests.

I normally don't write reviews, but I am doing this because I really appreciate the service part of this hotel, especially giving credit to the staff Noelia! If I could rate more than 5 stars for Service, I would definitely do! 1 Jul night I had a terrible experience with a ferry company called Trasmed which made me unable to get on the ferry to Mallorca and it was late at night that I had nowhere to go! While Ibis is always a safe option for me when I travel given that it is a reliable chain and it has hotels all over the world, I quickly called this hotel near the port and the staff Noelia helped me hold a room, ensure that I could get the best offer for the room even I could not successfully make reservation online. I really thank her for her quick response, flexibility in handling my reservation especially when I am nearly running out of budget to get a stay, so that I don't need to wander on the street late at night!

Recently stayed at the Ibis Centro Puerto from 25th-30th May 2024. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. The hotel is in an excellent location - a short walk to the beach and Science Museum & with a bus stop literally at the front door to get into the centre.
The best thing about this hotel is by far the staff, many thanks to Clarissa, Antonio and all the other extremely friendly & helpful staff who made our stay enjoyable!

The hotel was in a perfect location. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was also very clean and beds were extremely comfortable! I would come back!

Great stay. Good service. Kinda surprised they did not offer free coffee & tea during the day. Breakfast was a little expensive compared to a little breakfast place one block away, where we went. I had a large handicapped room with a gigantic balcony. Location was okay. Down by the docks. But there was a bus station right in front of the hotel. The Metro was a solid 10 to 15 minute walk. But bus very easy to use. I think I paid about 60 US dollars a night. Would stay again.

There was a large group of us but they were very accomadating - the rooms were amazing, especially for the price and we had an amazing time!

A very good hotel in the budget. Very smart utilisation of space, rooms are very compact but washroom size is decent. Hotel staff is very helpful and try to accommodate all your requests. We were allowed to use the microwave, water purifier and coffee machine in the kitchen all day for no cost. most hotels would charge for water bottles, coffee etc.

The rooms are not big, but they are very clean and look new. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast was not elaborate, but it had the basics like cheese, ham, marmalade, bread and pastries, fruit, drinks, etc. For what it is, a budget version, it is a great hotel!
Also, the AC in the rooms worked very well and the location is great as well. The beach is a 15 minute walk away and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. Additionally, there are a couple mini markets in a 10-min walk radius, of which some were open until 12 AM, great for a late night snack :)

Good service. Room was clean, well laid out and had all the essentials. The hotel is located within walking distance of the beach and a bus stop right outside that will take you into the city centre. Breakfast set us up well for the day. We thought it was excellent value for money.

The hotel is perfect for a short tour, and the neighborhood is too comfy to believe. I want to show my greatest thanks to Maria and Merli!!! They really helped a lot, with my room and everything! I believe I'll have a wonderful staying here!

Perfect location for the marathon - a short walk to the start. The room was clean and the bathroom perfect for the job. The soundproofing in the room was excellent. Yes it is a small room but it does the job! The eating space downstairs was perfect to socialise in the evenings

This hotel is open since 1 month. It is super new and clean. It is not very well isolated so you hear other people but when you wake up early no problem!! It is a very good price in a very quiet area with 15min walk to the beach. The AC is very quiet but works perfectly! The people who are working here are extremely sweet and friendly.

The front desk clerk Luis bent over backwards to help me get a room at the last minute .It was my fault for selecting a different date of stay. So far I have stayed at ibis budget in Madrid and here in Valencia. Keep up the good work. I will highly recommend hotel experience.

Ibis budget is the Best option for a short holiday trip! The aesthetics of the hotel are nice and new. The room is comfy and clean. The best part of our stay is Laura, very helpful and nice host! Location of ibis is great because of near beach and metro station... We will for sure come back here 😁☀

Great hotel in Valencia. New, with a modern and youthful, sporty vibe and above all amazing staff! They were all dedicated to the guests and it was all so genuine. 10 stars to all of you! If I could suggest something to improve is a change of pillows as they are just symbolic. Once you place your head the pillow disappears into the sides. Breakfast was very nice too. Worth the money.
