This was one of the highlights of our holidays in the Basque Country! The bay in Donostia was beautiful and a real pleasure to explore even for somebody like me with almost no experience in kayaking. I took with me my 10-year old son and we enjoyed all throughout the one-hour trip. I was a bit apprehensive that it might turn out to be difficult to handle, but the staff's instructions were clear and precise, we just followed them and thoroughly enjoyed getting off at the island, kayaking among the yachts anchored in the bay, and getting off again for a swim at the platform equipped with slides in the middle of the bay. Getting off into the water and back onto the boat was much easier than expected, the kayak was really stable - it actually seemed impossible to overturn. This is such good value for money. A pity that we had to move away from San Sebastian next day, otherwise we would've gone to Alokayak again and repeat the experience for sure. I would strongly recommend the activity to everybody. Hired kayaks from these guys to explore the beautiful Concha bay and Santa Clara island. The equipment was top notch, and they couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. A great way to get an alternative view of San Sebastian!

Great experience! From Ondarreta beach, settled in La Concha bay, the pearl of the Cantabrian sea, set out by kayak and paddle to the Santa Clara island for a unique view of the shimmering scallop-shaped bay. Land in the small beach which only appears with low tide or in the little port and stroll along the paths to the inhabited lighthouse in the top and discover one of the city's best hidden spots.

We had a great guide who gave us every kind of details of the place. The experience totally advisable if you’re visiting the north of Spain!

Buen servicio, a cualquier hora que vayas hay disponibilidad, he solido ir a las 10 y también a las 12 y siempre me han atendido muy bien. Todo es muy fácil, llegas y en la misma playa lo coges, al lado del agua. Animaros, ver toda la bahía y Donosti desde el mar es una experiencia inolvidable.

Vaya pedazo de visita guiada von Ramón. Te cuenta cosas e historias que no verás en un mapa sobre San Sebastián. Se lo calla pero sales a mar abierto con el Kayak y de pronto aparecen 20-30 delfines a tu lado...

Si vienes a donostia es un plan muy recomendable, el paseo es muy agradable y cómodo para toda la familia. El trato que dan los trabajadores es muy correcto, son personas muy agradables.
