Can highly recommend! Jérôme is very good at explaining how the wine is made and how they are different, without it being to “dry” or “lecturing”. It’s nice to listen to someone that is clearly passionate about the subject! So we learned a lot and it was quite inspiring! Also! Veeery cute dog🥰

The owner is super friendly and has a deep knowledge about wines. He is specialized in natural wines which are not very common and thanks to Gerome we also improved our skills. You can invite him to Your home for a party with wine tasting or meet with him in one of his favorite places for wine tasting. I strongly recommend Gerome and we will invite him again for sure. This is a man with passion about What he does, had a wine tasting with him and he talks passionately about the origin of natural wine and why he deals with the people he deals with. We also bought some wines that im looking forward to tasting

Jeróme was a pleasure. Very knowledgeable on wines. Not only varietals, but also on the wine making process. We bought a few bottles of his stock, and have enjoyed the 2 bottles we have opened, and anxious to savor the remaining bottles
