Searching for and eventually doing Conveyancy on two old properties (in Jerez & Vejer), applying for a residency visa, setting up bank accounts, transferring funds, sorting out tax and applying for tourist licenses etc etc all whilst in the UK, during a global pandemic is not an easy feat but Juan Antonio was always willing and able to answer all my endless questions and quieres (and still does to this day!) It took over eighteen months for me to find the right property but JA never lost patience and was always there to support and guide me. Once I found the perfect properties JA and the team were thorough and timely as they calmly worked to secure and complete the purchases.

We have known and used Juan Antonio and the team at Temple Cambria for many years for our taxes and most recently for our house sale. Friends had told us we didn't need to use a solicitor for our house sale but without using Temple Cambria we are not sure that the sale would have gone through.
