Choice Rentals Almeria

We rented a property in Mojacar for a month in March, Choice were very helpful in finding an apartment which suited our needs and we were very pleased with the location a few minutes from the beach and walking distance to bars, restaurants and the Commercial Centre.
We would certainly use Choice Rentals again.

Recently visited Mojacar, from booking the villa, to check in and check out it was seamless.
We were delayed at the airport and Claire kindly waited for us to arrive, which was great albeit early hours at this point.(thank you Claire)
Claire & Kelli both made sure we had everything we needed and more for a fabulous family holiday.
Nothing was too much trouble and both were on hand to ask any questions.
We had a great holiday and we will booking again for next year with Choice Rentals- thank you!

Would highly recommend Choice Rentals, everything was dealt with professionally, emails answered promptly and when we arrived in Spain we had a number to call/message with any queries and any messages we sent were answered straight away. Staff were very helpful & knowledgeable. The villa we stayed in was exactly as described and was perfect for our needs (we travelled with our dog). Thanks to Heather who answered all our messages in Spain (I'm sure we sent far too many), and Sara & Claire who dealt with all the emails & forms. We are hoping to return to Spain again for the winter months and Choice Rentals will definitely be our first port of call.

We’ve been using Choice Rentals Almeria, for our rentals in Mojacar for many years. The service has always been absolutely excellent.
All the staff, we’ve been involved with, have been helpful, pleasant and efficient. The properties have always been clean and as described. When we’ve had minor issues with anything, the repairs/replacements have been actioned immediately.
I must make special mention to Sara, who is exceptionally well organised and responds immediately to any communication.
If only all rental agents were like this.

Choice Rentals make the whole experience of renting in Spain very easy, they are professional and very helpful along with a friendly service.
They are always ready to help and make your renting smooth.

The staff are friendly and helpful…nothing is too much trouble and if we are looking for another rental we would not hesitate as there is also a great after service, love the ladies!

We rented long term and found Property choice rentals were great. Kellie and Heather were very helpful and two very lovely ladies. They got back to us straight away when ever we had a query. You can contact them anytime day or night.
We are going to be renting long term again with them in 2023 and when ever we can in the future.

We wanted to move to Turre and we were looking at all the companies that did rentals in this area.
Thankfully was introduced to Choice Rentals, they were constantly in touch with us until they found the right property that had the criteria we wanted.
From viewing the property they could not have been more helpful, with all our questions.
Since we have moved in, when we have had any reason to contact them they have responded so quickly.
I think the most important reason that we were happy to use this company is that we felt reassured with the professionalism and courteous service and their attention to detail, making us feel safe in the rental that we were making. So pleased that we were introduced to this company.

Very very happy with Choice Rentals Almeria. We came out in November to look for an apartment - we went to EVERY rental agency in Mojacar & Vera. Nobody seemed to care - Choice Rentals did. We went through their portfolio of property, found an apartment to rent from May 2022. They kept in contact with us and were helpful with any questions we had. We’re now living the dream in Vera Playa. Thank you for all your help. 🙏🏻

Can't fault them. Everything was really easy to arrange and the staff were so friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Really nice people to deal with. Always very helpful. I had an emergency one weekend where my internet went down and one of the girls left a birthday party to go to the office and sort it out for me.

Wouldn’t use again, we go away every winter to Spain now only for the full 90 days,
Apartment was good but indoor heated pool too cold to use did report it twice.
Real problem was return of deposit not being equivalent to the amount we paid, First excuse it’s the exchange rate, I explained it hadn’t changed that much, after numerous emails the owner stepped in saying it must be your bank making a charge no they don’t. She then replied that’s the end of the matter. They haven’t got a clue she told me I don’t understand the exchange rate. Been travelling for years and never encountered this problem before I know what I paid them and expected the same back at the correct exchange rate, they then did the same with the utility bill refund, told how much in euros didn’t get equivalent in £ sterling.
They did well from both transactions, She didn’t respond to my last email when I asked her to stop patronising me saying I don’t understand exchange-rates. you got from me what you requested I expect the same from you.
This is a true statement condense from 7 emails.

Does not reply to messages. We were looking for a rental and have used a different company now.

They never reply to emails.

Dit bedrijf nooit meer,mensen bedenk je voor het te laat is deze mensen zijn niet kundig stellen jou op de 2e of 3e plaats en laten jou heel lang wachten op je borg.
Wij zaten in een appartement wat gerenoveerd werd(wat wij niet wisten maar de eigenaar wel)dag in dag uit herrie en zij doen net of het jou schuld is en niet met oplossingen komen.
Vanaf dag 1 deed de tv kastje het niet dit geld ondanks de belofte het terug te geven krijg je niet,ze houden je aan het lijntje en na 2.5 maand nog geen tv maar je betaald er wel apart voor.
Jou laten betalen voor dagen dat je niet bent geweest,maar ja jij bent al weer thuis dus je kan er niets mee doen,en je betaald ook voor de andere huurder,electra en water betaal je Pro Ratio wij zaten 2 weken in april geen verwarming en airco aan maar kregen een dikke rekening,die mensen voor ons hoorde we later hebben een koude periode gehad en altijd de verwarming aan dus je betaald voor de ander.

No quieren atenderte en español te dicen que llames mas tarde todo el rato me cuelgan hablando y se supone que son los responsables de un propietario que no reside en españa y son unas estafadoras en especial Kelly
