Yoga Calpe

I was delighted to discover a yoga studio in Calpe that teaches Iyengar yoga, which is the one I'm familiar with. The studio has a lovely calm vibe, is very clean and well equipped with all the yoga equipment required for Iyengar. Natalia teaches in Spanish, Russian and English as required and is very kind and patient when explaining and demonstrating the different poses. I have done 2 classes so far and will continue to do more.

I loved the location and ambience of the place. The teacher Natalia has put a lot of care to equip the studio with quality items so you can practice range of techniques under her guidance. It is not my first time doing yoga but first time I come across Iyengar yoga. The style is very gentle and yet effective if you want to do some deep muscle and fascias work. More importantly, Natalia adapts to your level. She spends great time to explain each posture into details and correct you, so you can really benefit from the practice. The group is small, the studio is spacious, well equipped and ventilated, with great natural light, centrally located. The teacher delivers the class in English, Spanish and Russian. I am attending the afternoon class on Mondays and Fridays from 17:30 and I can highly recommend it to anyone who wants to practice yoga.

Natalia is an authentic Iyengar yoga teacher. Very knowledgeable about the subject. Lovely and equipped studio to practice the Iyengar method. While on holiday, Pilar and I have attended a few of her classes, and we thoroughly enjoyed them, and we are looking forward to coming back again in the future.

Прекрасная студия йоги! Хорошо оборудована и есть всё необходимое. Атмосфера очень комфортная и расслабляющая, позволяющая прислушиваться к своему телу во время практики. Несмотря на мой большой опыт, в практике с Наталией, я каждый раз нахожу не проработанные участки в теле. Рекомендую от всего сердца ❤

Прекрасно оборудованная студия, где есть все для хорошей практики йоги.

И в первую очередь это очень знающий, опытный, профессиональный учитель.
В практике йоги с Наташей получается проработать качественно все тело, наполниться энергией и при этом глубоко отдохнуть и головой и телом.

Практика проходит в чудесном и гармоничном пространстве, которое, кроме того, очень удобно расположено.

Резюмируя, хочется сказать, что это место - это одно из редких мест практики йоги на Коста Бланке, где есть идеальное сочетание цены, качества, расположения, и, самое важное, удовлетворенности после занятия, для того, кто понимает, зачем нужна йога.

Наталья настоящая йогиня, которая учит делать ассаны осознано, посвящая нас в мир мудрости восприятия и познания своего тела и практикой погружения в наш духовный мир. Результат: здоровое тело, здоровый дух!

Хочу выразить свою благодарность Наталье, за профессионализм.
Никогда раньше не занималась Йогой. А мне за 50 .
И вот теперь я влюблена в нее и с удовольствием бегу на занятия и жду каждый раз новой встречи и новых открытий для своего тела и души.

Las clases de yoga con Natalia son una maravilla! El local es nuevo, muy bien ambientado y provisto de muchas herramientas que ayudan a hacer las asanas con más facilidad.
