Hostal Casa Postigos

I came to Marbella for an ick reason (court case!) and needed last-min accommodation for myself and my lawyer. It was super hard to find anything decent/affordable, but my lucky stars aligned as Casa Postigos was new to the hospitality market and still had availability. It's an absolute gem of a find. Everything is squeaky new (new décor, bathrooms, towels, sheets...) and in exquisite taste. Access is via fancy mobile-phone-operated tech and you feel very safe. The street is quiet - remarkable given its proximity to vibrant/colourful/fashionable Old Town - and within an easy walk of the sea and the town. Thank goodness I stayed an extra night so I could take advantage of my trip and enjoy both the Hostal and Marbella. Oh, and I also bumped into the owner, a wonderful nice helpful lady. PS There are luggage lockers (chargeable) which is handy if your flight, like mine, isn't 'til late...
