Beautiful restaurant with delicious food and great service!
The gluten free versions were delicious, as well as the vegan food!
Hopefully this restaurant will be fully vegan one day!
Such a shame they don’t have more options when it comes to alcohols: different wines, digestives and so on.
We had a great time here. Definitely recommend.

Nice food - we shared the guacamole, then had salads with tofu / salmon / tuna, which were on the light side. We finished with desserts. Just a shame the coconut crème brûlée wasn’t actually caramelised on top, it was more of a dessert cream pot.

Good service and great atmosphere (the lighting and decoration is spot on and really makes it a great healthy dinner option, with nice vegetarian and vegan choices).

Very nice selection of healthy food options. Every garnish was very tasty worth for a full dish itself. The portions were great compared to the price very fair. The waiters were very friendly and helpful despite language difficulties. Really good place to go for a healthy but filling dinner with both vegetarian vegan but meat options.

Food here was great and well priced. We were served quickly too. I have no complaints about this place.
There are lots of vegan and vegetarian options here also, so you won't struggle if you're looking for a good vegan place to eat.

Great concept of built your own plate! Delish falafel - really crunchy outside and soft inside! ❤ Babaganoush do not recommend, sadly. Carrot cake - YES! and it’s vegan 🥰 almond cake - not my cup of tea, it’s more like a bread. Atmosphere is amazing, totally recommend

Absolutely amazing culinary experience.
The restaurant's ambient was the best we've experienced in Bilbao.
Everything was delicious, and they had Vegan (plant based) option for almost everything they offered on the menu.

I recommend the 'Market food', which is the main dish serving. You get to combine everything on your plate, have a 7 'protein' options to choose from, to which you'll then need to add a sauce and 2 sides (from almost 20 to pick from) and will also get a portion of green salad, for just 12eur.

Only comment would be that the waiting time for the food to be brought out was a bit long, by which it was actually cold.

The ambiance and interior decoration was mind blowing. We could almost not believe the prices of the food in comparison. Food wise, many options and also plant based / vegan options (with protein).

Also the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

However, when the food arrived, we were disappointed. The vegan balls starter was deep fried and the inside did not have much substance or taste. We were expecting protein alternative meat for this dish.

Further, we ordered a grilled vegetable main, but there were not a lot of grilled vegetables to be found on the plate, except from aubergine. However, the vegan chicken and sauce was quite good.

All in all, a great experience for very affordable prices (12-15 eur for a main dish), but there is a lot of ground to win in the food department!

Still, overall we definitely recommend Margerita for a good value for money dining out experience!

P.S. The soy cappuccino was exceptional (super soft foam).

Best dinning experience in Bilbao! Very busy during lunch time, so reservation might be a good idea.

Delicious, healthy and affordable.
After visiting the Guggenheim, we were looking for a restaurant with vegetarian options and found this place. The "Market Grill" provides a nice menu with many appealing vegetarian and vegan options. We had the Green Bowl with (fantastic) Falafel and the No Chicken Cesar Burger - both were outstanding. Together with 2 fresh lemonades, the bill came a little over 30 Euro. We were very happy with that healthy lunch option. Thank you!

Delicious and perfectly made. Not too greasy not too dry. Bacon was lightly and perfectly roasted. 🥓 Scrumbled eggs were fluffy and tasteful. The avocado toast was one of the best toats I ever had! Avocado was fresh delicious 🧂 🍋

Excellent restaurant where you can compose your own meal - vegan or non-vegan - with the protein and sides of your choice. All the sides we tried were well seasoned and varied in taste. Really good. I also got a very good organic red wine from Rioja.

Amazing vegan menu in an atmospheric venue. Busy place so recommend booking. We enjoyed starters and plates with vegan ‘chicken’ and falafel (sadly no tofu available). Also enjoyed a welcome glass of crisp local white wine.

The BEST Bravas I believe I have ever had. They did a nice twist with roasted root vegetables and rosemary, which really took it to another level. The food and ambiance are entirely recommendable! It's a place which is nice enough to feel special, but relaxed enough to wear a t-shirt. The vegan options are very appreciated and there was a lot of choice with a mix of options

We went to this restaurant intrigued by the vegetarian cuisine and ambience. We are not vegetarians so we are not used to eating this type of cuisine, but we were delighted by the quality of the food and the unique flavours. Beautiful ambience and attention to detail, equally well-prepared and delicious food, excellent service and fair prices. I recommend it

Fantastic vegetarian and vegan options, as well as selected fish and neat sourced from local and/or organic producers. Very filling and generous portions, but don't miss the appetizers to share. Hip and young clientele.

If you're looking for vegan food in Bilbao, this place is for you. It has meat options too so if one of you is a meat lover and the other is vegan, this is one of a few places that caters for you. The tastes were incredible. Even if you eat meat, you're better off getting the vegan dishes anyway
