Super cozy place, Anna runs it by herself, very good speciality coffee, sourdough bread, croissants… I hade a quiche and it was perfect. Highly recommended.

My absolute favorite panadería in the city. They specialize in ancient grains bred, sourdou bread and desserts maid with love. Perfect café con leche, delicious pastel de queso and many more other sweet and savory goods, and drinks, too.

Just the best! Wish we had a bakery like this at home. Home is Switzerland where we have lots of very good bakeries but none like this. The flavour and texture of el pan de sabado‘s breads is heavenly! I’m now figuring out how I could have it shipped…

Must visit! If you are visting guggeinheim museum then do stop by have a coffee and croissant here. Everything tasted so heavenly. Croissants sort of melted in my mouth, and coffee was top notch. On top the baker is delightful to talk to!!

Small bakery, fluent in English and the most important thing: Very tasty! You really taste that they have not gone sparse on good butter, eggs, etc. Really good!

Been a loyal customer for a year! The only place I can get legit handmade sourdough (masa madre) bread that actually has the taste of fermentation!

No doubt best bread in town! Great coffee as well 😎
