Great rooms near city center. Clean, tidy, peaceful. Only complaint is there is not enough shampoo. And the price is a bit bigger for the value that provide.

Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful. Location very close to Guggenheim. 15 mins to airport early morning.

Basic clean room with all you could need...kettle, fridge, hairdryer. Super location in middle of town. 5 min walk to Guggenheim. They held onto our luggage for an afternoon flight. Bus for airport around the corner.

Good choice to stay in the center of the city. My family stayed their and they was enjoying so much this Expirience. Rooms was clean and light.

Comfortable and clean rooms, and very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are located very conveniently in the heart of Bilbao, with easy access to bus and metro transport. I really enjoyed my visit to Bilbao and happy that I chose Bilbao City Rooms for my stay.

Modern furniture and nice & helpful staff. Would recommend for a quick stop if staying in Bilbao. It’s really close to the Guggenheim museum, so location is also a plus.

Good value, excellent service. Clean and comfortable room. 5 mind walk from the Guggenhein Musuem. Great if you are coming for the architectural tour.

Disclamer:I did not stay here because every ho(s)tel in Bilba was full. It was the 5th place I tried at 24h at night. Elisabeth (the lady at the reception) helped me and called at least 30 plaes. She is the best! Thank you so much for saving my night and making sure that i had a place to sleep after an hour of calling.
