Juan Carlos is a magician. A terrific deep tissue massage after time walking the Camino. Highly recommended. Use translation apps for non Spanish speakers to tell him exactly what you need and he adjusts accordingly. Would come back often if I lived in Bilbao.

My girlfriend and I walked in from the Camino de Santiago. After both getting shiatsu massages from Juan Carlos, we can walk all the way to Santiago without stopping. Was a great price as well. Juan Carlos is very knowledgeable, with 20 years of experience.

Juan Carlos was a blessing on our Camino del Norte. Michele, my wife, developed severe foot pain after our fourth day walking from Irun. On the 5th day, it became unbearable, so we decided to catch a bus to Bilbao to rest for a couple of days. We searched Google for any kind of help we could find to relieve the pain and found several raving reviews for Juan Carlos - especially related to plantar fasciitis and foot pain.

She received two 1-hour treatments in 36 hours, and the pain has reduced by 80%. We are super thankful we will be able to continue our Camino tomorrow!

Juan Carlos is a lovely person. We were amazed to see such good reviews but it all made sense when we were there. He's a very friendly guy and right away tried to understand the root cause of the pain we had in our legs. The massage and cupping really helped improve how our legs felt- one of my legs felt as if it was reborn again. I really recommend going to this place for a massage if you have some pain in your body.

I’m walking the Camino Norte and came in with very sore shoulders and an achy left calf. Juan Carlos massaged away my pain and now I feel ready to take on the next stage. The massage was firm and just what my aching muscles needed. Excellent value! Gracias Juan Carlos!

A great option after walking the city of Bilbao! Juan Carlos was very kind and welcoming. Although he didn't speak English we could communicate though Google translate (fuerte means stronger/harder) He kindly met me at the door and we communicated over text in advance to decide on the massage. I went for a sports massage wich was invigorating, he pressed my shiatsu pressure points and massaged me well always checking in that I was 'contento'. Highly recommended, if you're after a good but no frills massage in a clean and safe environment.

Hola, hoy ha sido mi primera visita a este centro de masajes, habitualmente sufro de tortícolis y dolores en la zona cervical. La sensación después del tratamiento de Juan Carlos es muy buena, ahora tengo mucha más movilidad en toda la zona de la espalda. Espero volver en unas semanas para mantener esta sensación tan buena 👍.

Acudí de manera ocasional a una sesión de reiki, y ahora voy siempre que puedo ya que lo considero un “autorregalo” para mi estabilidad y tranquilidad interior. También puedo decir que Juan Carlos es un gran profesional que ha tratado a mis hijos en molestias musculares, y ha estado pendiente y siguiendo su evolución. Muy recomendable

Soy peregrina y estoy haciendo el Camino De Santiago. Llevaba los pies bastante fatigados y los gemelos algo sobrecargados. Juan Carlos me hizo una sesión de 30 minutos en cada pie. Una sesión de 1 hora en total. He podido continuar con mi camino de una forma ligera y más liviana. Ha sido todo un regalo para mis pies. Total recomendación para Juan Carlos.

Tenía la espalda contracturada y estaba con dolores y el masaje que he recibido en la espalda de Juan Carlos ha sido un antes y un después, el dolor con el que venía se ha disipado y he terminado muy relajada y liberada, ha sido muy curativo.
