Pedimos un presupuesto hace un mes y medio y no hemos recibido respuesta! Quedaron en llamarnos en una semana y después de un mes sin noticias decidimos llamar nosotros, nos comentan que desde fábrica no les facilitaron todavía la información. Nos dicen que van a reclamarlo y que se ponen en contacto con nosotros. Después de mes y medio seguimos esperando… si no son comprometidos para tan siquiera facilitar un presupuesto, no quiero ni imaginarme como serán con la instalación y el servicio post venta. Una pena, encontrar empresas a las que le da completamente igual los clientes.
