I went to Duarte on a recommendation from a friend.
I've had four sessions now, not because I need it, but because I want it!
As my body has held the general adjustments really well, he has been able to hone in on specific areas and work on those more deeply and intensely.
The man is a genius. He absolutely knows what he is doing.
There is no rushing. It's a top to bottom, soft tissue treatment. It's like going to a spa for a massage, and coming out feeling both relaxed and rebalanced at the same time - two for the price of one!
Unbeatable experience and ideal for those who don't like the cracking from chiropractors or the like.
Worth every penny!

Highly recommend! I went to Duarte in the lead up to running the Valencia Marathon (my first ever Marathon)! This was the first time I have tried Bowen Therapy and I find it absolutely fascinating. I came to Duarte to try a Bowen therapy session after hearing about it from a friend. His professional and friendly manner put me at ease straight away. The whole experience from start to finish was incredible. His attention to detail with examples of how the body behaves when being manipulated in various ways was fascinating and his knowledge is impressive. When I left I was in a whole different place from when I arrived and felt re-aligned and relaxed. I came back for a repeat treatment and after this I have to say I felt brand new. Thank you Duarte. Following surgery to replace two lumbar discs in 2022, various parts of my body had "fallen out" of alignment during the year-long post operative healing process my back had undertaken. This misalignment had affected one side of my body, in particular my left leg, left side of core and my left hip flexor, resulting in significant pain and further damage to my back due to overcompensating for various stresses caused by misalignments. In two sessions, Duarte worked on re-aligning my legs, hips, pelvis and the fascia / skin around the wounds from my surgery. Since then, the back pain has vanished and I can crack on with my life! Thoroughly recommended.

Such a wonderful and enlightening experience. My body was completely aligned after finding out my right leg was shorter than my left! My dull ache in my lower back completely disappeared!
