I stumbled across Paulina's post knowing nothing about the therapy. Recovering from a prolapsed disc in my neck and pinched nerves giving me numbness in my legs, I had no expectation but Paulina and CS are amazing. Denia - you are so lucky to have her. The first session is so gentle that I didn't think it had much effect but that was just the start. We managed 5 sessions before I had to return to the UK and I gutted to leave her! The numbness has disappeared and my neck feels completely different. I stand straighter and my body feels so much better. I can't recommend Paulina highly enough. She will be my first port of call when we return. Don't hesitate. Such a caring, kind and intelligent lady. Thank you Paulina.

This was my first time trying Craniosacral therapy and I was blown away by how much Paulina could help me with such a gentle therapy. She has helped me relieve muscular tensions I didn't even realise were present. I am getting so much from these sessions and I really enjoy her beautiful personality and manner of working.

Fuí a esta terapia para ayudarme con la migraña que tengo desde hace tiempo, tras tres sesiones noto gran diferencia, el dolor es muy leve y menos frecuente. También duermo mucho mejor que antes. Estoy deseando la próxima sesión.
