We only had positive experiences with HolaWifi Ondara. The entire team is very friendly and helpful. The customer service and their employees are very fiendly too. I would especially like to mention their colleague Jorge for his installations and also the consultant Ivan, who also gave his best. I can really recommend HolaWifi Ondara!
I would be very happy if the anual price was a little lower.

I have been with Hola Wifi for the past 3 years and have always found them helpful and polite. The Technicians are very patient explaining step by step how to reconfigure the router and the customer relations department always calls to confirm the problem is resolved.

Very good customer service, quick to sort out any issues.

Since having holawifi installed it has been fantastic,only wish I had changed sooner

came was very polite and helpful. Evan though I
have to admit my Spanish is not as good as it
should be.
We had a problem with no connection the next
day. A couple of WhatsApps and phone call
soon sorted it out. Very good customer service
and great connection speeds. Highly

I have been a customer of Hola wifi for a number of years, I never had any problems with my connection. Until a week ago. I sent an email and the next day I was called and they sent a technician right away. He has fitted a newer type of dish and my internet is fast and very stable again. Thanks all.

The contract with Hola WiFi is in the name of my husband Mark Smith but I am submitting this review on behalf of us both.
We had excellent service from start to finish. The sales staff spoke very good English, which was very helpful and reassuring. The Engineer was very professional and arrived on time. The installation was very neat and he explained everything perfectly whilst checking all connected devices worked as expected. The after sales service was also excellent, very professional and all conducted in perfect English. We were very impressed.

After a bad service experience with another provider, Hola WiFi was recommended to us.
All promises were perfectly fulfilled: correct planning and appointment, smooth implementation of the installation, friendly staff, solid connection (better than our previous provider), easily accessible service department. Thanks for the good cooperation.

Very reliable , my best internet provider that I have . I always recommend it to my friends 9 house are now using holawifi and all of them are satisfied also the guests . What I like is they are very easy to reach and find solution as soon as possible . The internet is very fast too 😉

I have been with hola wifi for nearly 5 years . The price is competitive - the service amazing and the after service is unbelievable. I can telephone, email or WATSAP. Immediate response, kept updated always and checked upon until they are sure that the problem is solved. I can honestly say I would recommend holaWifi to anyone without hesitation. It’s like having a friend who works there just ready to help you 😃

We changed from Telitech to Hola and it was the best thing The service is excellent from the installation (which isn’t always easy in houses like ours)
The after service is superb and Hola like to make sure their customers are satisfied. We certainly are!

I came into the office found everyone very helpful, I was informed someone will call me in English & arrange the fitting of our new wifi system which they did, the technician turned up, a very friendly chap, he worked very hard, explained every thing & didn't leave before making sure everything was working & we understood how it worked, we even decided as advised to have a extender unit so we get better coverage by our pool, great service :-)
