I initially bought a short break but because of ill health a loss of a parent I didn't get to use it. They called me to remind me which was good then asked if I wanted to I crease it to 3 weeks but price was too high so I said no . I had several phone calls offering lower and lower prices. Eventually we agreed to pay the extra.Now I wish I had never heard of them continous calls about buying other things I keep saying no but they keep calling. Last straw today I was told by a rude old lady from head office that if I understood the offer I would buy it. As though the last 20+ people couldn't do their job . I said no I wouldn't. She was very rude and spoke to me as though I
was stupid I hung up on her but now think I should be going to the ombudsman . But guess what they are based in Spain so doubt if a British ombudsman can do anything . Avoid these like the plague

This business is run by a group of lying, cheating, thieving scumbags who operate via some cold calling businesses such as Premium Breaks. Do not part with any money.

Anyone thinking of using this company for holiday be totally aware as they have been.on rip of Britain, do not trust them full stop.
