HQ ARENA HOTEL

We checked into the hotel tonight. The staff are great. The rooms are beautiful, yet simple. The bed is comfy. The hotel is quiet and no noise from other guests of from outside.

A very nice and modern hotel, only open about two weeks ago! The room was super clean and cosy! A lovely balcony to enjoy some drinks. The shower is super powerful which is always amazing! Fast wifi, friendly service and great location! Only a 5minute walk from the metro station called Quatre Carreres. We will come back again! Thanks a lot! Micha & Justina

Hotel muy nuevo. La habitación muy amplia, cama grande y muy cómoda. Gran detalle de dejar una botella de 1'5 en la nevera, una jarra para el té o café con tazas de porcelana. El baño privado grande un señor plato de ducha. Está muy cerca de la ciudad de las artes, ubicación tranquila sin ruido y cerca de todo. Me ha encantado!!!

Un hotel con encanto bien ubicado, nuevo y con una limpieza excelente como en pocos sitios puedes encontrar. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero bonitas mobiliario muy bien elegido de líneas rectas y colores sobrios, la cama confortable una buena cama donde poder descansar después de un largo viaje incluso la almohada que también es muy importante para un buen descanso. Por último quiero destacar la atención del personal, personal agradable, atento y eficiente, se preocupa de las necesidades de sus clientes y eso es muy importante para una estancia agradable. En definitiva un hotel excelente en todos los ámbitos 100% recomendable.

Un hotel fantástico. Es muy nuevo y las habitaciones impecables en limpieza y con todo lo que se necesita. El baño muy amplio con un plato de ducha grande. La cama es muy cómoda y enorme. No hay nada de ruido ni de la calle ni del resto de habitaciones.
La atención del personal mejor imposible. Deseando volver.

Excelente. Está todo nuevo. Todo lo que encuentras en la habitación es precioso y funcional, muy práctico y cómodo. La cama genial, el baño estupendo también y la limpieza fenomenal. Repetiría sin duda.

El hotel está muy bien, las habitaciones pequeñitas pero super limpio y muy acogedor. El servicio de 10, nos atendieron genial, personas super amables y simpáticas. El desayuno muy mejorable para el precio de 10 euros por persona, niños mismo precio, muy poca variedad. Por lo demás muy recomendable.

Tutto eccellente!!! Camere dotate di tutti i confort, arredate con gusto, personale sorridente e disponibile. Se torno a Valencia, sarà la mia prima scelta. Grazie e continuate così!!!

Estuvimos muy agusto y cerca de La Ciudad de las Artes y de restaurantes muy chulos para comer y cenar bastante bien

El hotel es nuevo , todo muy limpio , bien ubicado,tiene parking gratuito en todo el alrededor y el personal es muy amable . Un hotel tranquilo y céntrico , volvería sin duda

Hotel nuovo, camere belle e confortevoli con balcone , pulito e personale disponibile e simpatico. Vicino alla Città della scienza e alla fermata della Metro.

It's ok.

The room we had (a deluxe double) was ok. It's a modern hotel and feels new. But the rooms do feel a little soulless and sparse.

The beds are firm but comfortable and the room we had felt spacious. The TV has no smart function or English language channels which is odd considering its location.

The room was quiet and the reception staff were very friendly and polite. Infact they even sourced an iron for us to use during our stay.

We appreciated the complimentary water and tea and coffee making facilities. And the fridge.

However.. It just felt a little basic for the price we paid. It was 178€ for 2 nights room only. It's not in the city center. It's actually a 30 minute walk into the center. It's not near the airport. In fact it's not really near anything except the science and art park which is quite close.

So the price for me.. didn't really reflect where it was. Were the rooms clean and bright and modern? Yes. Were they quiet? Yes. But it's missing that feeling of being cosy or welcoming. It just feels a bit basic and corporate. I know this is high season, but for me the price didn't truly reflect what you get.

Hotel muy nuevo ubicado en la primera planta de un edificio de viviendas. La habitación está bien, es moderna y la cama muy grande. No dispone de restaurante pero hay opción de desayuno en las mesas de la recepción. El hotel está bien si viajas por trabajo

El servicio de reposición de agua y cafe no fue restablecido. No hay hielo.

Ich bewerte hier nur das Personal bzw Anfrage und Buchungsmanagement.
Zu einer Buchung kam es nicht, nachfolgend erklärt warum...

Kontakt auf Englisch ist nicht möglich, am Telefon wird einfach aufgelegt und die Nummer gesperrt. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt!! Per Email kam eine Antwort, danach aber auch nicht mehr. Angeblich ausgebucht, laut Homepage waren 2 Zimmer frei. Das ist unseriös.
Sehr merkwürdig und das in einer Stadt wie Valencia...? Da war ich lieber vorsichtig mit der Buchung und habe mich für ein anders Hotel entschieden.
