Very happy with our bikes, they had suspension and were adjusted to our height. Every time we visited the store we got good and attentive service :) Important: bikes do get stolen in Valencia so always chain them!!

Real bike photos on the website. Trekking bikes available, not just city bikes, as with others. These served well us on the Vía Verde de Ojos Negros tour. Seamless rental process, competent staff.

I rented a trekking bike and had a great ride down to El Saler and on to Albufera lake. A great trip along the coast and well worth doing to escape the crowds and see some stunning beaches. Chris was very helpful and the bike was great!

We rented touring bikes from Bikealao Maritim yesterday and biked down to El Palmar and back along the beach. Super easy access from the shop to the bike path. Peter was awesome. He arrived early to get us set up with bikes, supplied an emergency tire patch and pump kit, locks, lights, all complementary. The bikes were comfortable and easy to ride and in good shape. The price was right and cheaper than we found in the old town. 14 Euros for 24 hours. They also rent scooters which I will try sometime too. Top marks for this shop. Would definitely rent again from them!

Great experience from start to finish. They coordinated our arrival by cruise ship that had us a bit concerned because of our 1300 arrival time and the shop closing at 1400 for siesta. We were assured they would wait for us. We were able to walk to the shop in plenty of time (our ship was actually early) and they had bikes ready and waiting. The bikes were in great shape and functioned perfectly. Valencia is a great place to cycle but very busy in some spots. Overall, no complaints or issues at all with BikeAlao! Would highly recommend.

Awesome experience, highly recommend! We were on a cruise ship, arrived at shop at 10am, dropped off at 2pm. Explored the green space trail, a dedicated bike/walking trail that's scooter friendly.

We rented 4 bikes from the company. For the nighttime, we could only solve the closure on the street. On the third day, one of the bikes was stolen. The rental company was very responsive and helpful. They recommended us a replacement bike and finally we were able to talk to them about this unpleasant situation. 👍🚴🏻‍♂🥇

My boyfriend and I rented 2 city bikes for 2 weeks for €80 each which is a bargain. Such great value for money and a great method of transport in Valencia especially when going to the beach. The staff were very helpful and I would recommend renting from here to anyone.

This was a perfect choice for seeing and experiencing Valencia in a few hours. Our guide, John, spoke perfect English. He was knowledgeable and open to all questions. He had a beautiful grasp of history without too much detail. We hit all the major sites as we effortlessly navigated a very bicycle-friendly city. The shop was located a 10-minute walk from the ferry port. Free bus service was supplied from the cruise ships to the main port hub. BikeAlao is an undiscovered gem.

I got a good bike for 4 days. Everything worked very well and I could also do longer trips in the surroundings of Valencia.

The Bikes are comfortable and affordable for consumers with a diverse range of bikes that fit different body types and sizes. The scooters offer a unique travel experience with them reaching a speed up to 25km/h. The bikes and scooters are comfortable to use for long distance travel.

Recently, a family of six from the UK came to visit me in Valencia at short notice. Bikealao were brilliant, sourcing seven well-serviced bikes at very short notice! We cycled to Arts and Sciences, then up to El Carmen and Ciutat Vella before cycling back to the Monteolivete shop. It made for a terrific day out and everyone had a great day at a very reasonable price, €10 per bike. Would not hesitate to recommend them, super friendly and super professional!

Loved our hire bikes! Good value, good bikes and lots of accessories - helmets, baskets, lights and 2 locks each as we couldn't take indoors overnight. Really friendly shop, gave us a good feeling about our trip to Valencia! make sure you cycle down the park that used to be a river and visit the old town

Really good bike rental; people are nice and helpful, speak English and the prices are fair. The bikes we got were really good quality and a pleasure to ride around Valencia. We also got awesome travel tips from the helpful staff :-)

Great experience overall. Really friendly and flexible People that really seem to love what they are doing. Also really decent pricing. If you want to rent an e-scooter I can definitely recommend this place.

Great place and the gentlemen who helped us were above & beyond friendly and helpful. The bikes were of good quality and they adjusted them to our size. I’m really tall (6’4”/192cm) and they had multiple bikes for my size.
I will certainly return on my next trip to Valencia.
