I can see why they have so many 5 Star reviews. First of all, the customer service is outstanding. Second, the bikes are so well maintained - they feel like new - so smooth and easy to pedal. My wife and I went for a 5 hour trek on two of their recommended bike tours (google maps suggested routes) and it was amazing. I have the sunburn to commemorate that ride. The bike came with a lock and iphone holder - they thought of everything. 10 Euros for the day felt like a great deal. Believe the reviews - they deserve the ratings they have.

Great service and reasonable prices. We left the bikes in the shop each night as we had no room for them at our Airbnb. Worked out great. Valencia is a lovely city to see by bike, highly recommended.

Very easy; nice bike; included a choice of tours you track on your phone's Maps app, and also included a phone holder for the bike. I did a 15km tour, all on bicycle routes, through and around Valencia. Would definitely recommend!

Great bike rental just off the Beach. Bikes are really comfortable, well-maintained, and the basket, phone holder and sturdy security lock are added bonusses free of charge. We rented our bikes for 3 dags, and it was great that we could return the bikes every day as we couldn’t store the bikes at our AirBnB apartment. Suggested routes in Google Maps were really good and we followed two of them. Our deposit were refunded to card promptly on return.

All in all - exceptional and helpful customer service by Chris. Will definitely recommend and will return if back in Valencia 😃

I could essily reserve a bike via Website. Communication was friendly and fast. I got 3 selfguided Tours on my Smartphone, easy to follow. Bike was good maintained and I had fun to ride it.

Very friendly and helpful. The prices are quite reasonable and the bike quality is also fine. The self tours were also very useful, as thy can be shown directly on Google maps.

We had a fabulous time on the bikes we rented from Beach Bikes. The staff at Beach Bikes are super friendly and helpful and the bikes themselves are in excellent condition. Each rental bike came with a super strong bike lock. We cycled two of their self guided bike tours which were great. I can highly recommend Beach Bikes.

We've rented bikes for 1 day, phone holder was included, very friendly shop worker gave us some important tips. Also we did get a 3 guided tours for Google Maps, we did go with one of them to Port Saplaya(Little Venece) it was wonderful.

It‘s a perfect bike rental! The bikes are very good and you get nice recommendations for routes! also it comes with a phone holder which is very convenient. Staff is very friendly as well!

Chris the owner was very helpful. He had bikes to fit our whole family, helmets and bike locks. Bike baskets for our gear. Even a mount for an iPhone so we could follow the route he mapped out for us. We had a great afternoon biking, visiting Cite da Science, Turia Park, old Valencia. Thank you Chris!

Bikes quality: We rented bikes during Las Fallas (March, 2023) in Valencia and they are very comfortable and well maintained. Seats were comfy and adjustable. Tyres were strong and quiet, The bikes were in great shape and lots to choose from ( with and without basket).

Customer service : service was TOP NOTCH!! Highly recommended if you are looking to rent a bike. The owner is great, attentive, patient and super friendly. He took the time to show us how to use the lock and made sure the seat height was adjusted to our comfort. Also, asked if we need extra stuff like phone holder etc. Also, It was really lovely chatting with the owner!! The best part is owner knows both English and Spanish so, be comfortable to communicate.

Price: Very reasonable price and covers lots of benefits. It was 10 euros with bike coverage per person for 2-4 hours. You also have to pay fully refundable assurance money of 50 euros.

It was a quick rent, owner speaks good english, he also gives you 3 self guided tours you can do. Price is very good. The bikes also drive very good.

A little hidden from the road behind bus stop. Super friendly & helpful. Bikes we rented were in good working order & served us well for a few leisurely miles touring around by the beach & port.
