Absolutely amazing service!

I had a significant issue with a specialist electric bed at my wheelchair-friendly villa, which stopped working.

I had a guest who required the bed's functionality for their son, who needed to be moved constantly due during the night to his disability. I called on a Saturday, knowing a replacement bed would take time to arrive from the factory.

The life-saving part! Michael's had a secondhand single electric bed in stock which they allowed the guest to use while waiting for the full-time replacement, delivering it promptly. I cannot thank them enough as they saved a young lad from enduring significant pain by bringing up the single electric bed as an interim measure.

The replacement double bed was delivered four days later, and a disaster was averted! Michael's is a seriously brilliant company to do business with. 1000% recommended! I cannot thank them enough.
