Went into TNS yesterday and this morning it was set up. Far quicker than the uk would ever be and less than €20 for 3 times the speed we had in the uk. Excellent.

Went into the office on Wednesday to order Fiber, sorted on Thursday! The cabling took a long time but Dani from TNS was superb. Speed is close to the 300Mbps we signed up for. Great monthly price and free installation if you reside permanently. Excellent.

I have been with TNS for a month and my 300Mb connection has been very stable. When compared to speed and price of my 60Mb BT connection back in the UK, this is a steal.

3 month update

What can I say? Not a single drop out or speed reduction in the time I've had the service. I am renting the property where I live and the connection was arranged by the owner, and I thank him for this. A good internet connection is extremely important to me. I stream a lot and services like Netflix, Amazon and Disney+ are flawless... no buffering, no stuttering, and all in glorious 4K. I'm also a gamer and appreciate the lagless connections I get to servers worldwide.. If I move somewhere else in the area, tns will be the first people I call.

Had occasion to call customer service when router failed at the weekend. Engineer came at the appointed time (unusual in Spain), identified the problem, and arranged a new router which was delivered and installed in 20 mins. 1st class service

Nunca nos había sido tan fácil y rápido tener Internet en nuestro nuevo domicilio. Mientras Jazztel directamente nos informó que no podía darnos servicio y Movistar nos comunicaba que tardaría unos 30 días en poder conectarnos, TNS lo resolvió de un día para otro, con una atención magnífica, ágil, rápida y con un precio muy competitivo. No nos extraña que estén arrasando en la zona. Nuestra felicitación a todo el equipo.

Alles netjes geïnstalleerd door professionele installateur van TNS.. Nu ook Mobiel internet en bellen. Binnen 15 minuten geregeld voor mooie prijs. . Goed bedrijf!

Creo que llevo más de 4 años con tns, solo he tenido una incidencia con el router y me lo solucionaron en media hora. Tengo contratado Internet aéreo para los meses de vacaciones y he de decir que me funciona perfectamente, además el personal y los técnicos son muy profesionales y atentos. Escribo esta reseña porque normalmente solo lo hacemos para quejarnos y no escribimos cuando el trato y la atención es muy correcta y la solución a la incidencia es rápida y eficaz.

La contratación fue sencilla, sin letra pequeña, elegí el día que venían a instalarlo sin inconveniente y el técnico que vino hizo un gran trabajo y no se marchó hasta que todo estuvo listo y funcionando.

Me instalaron fibra hoy, estoy muy impresionado con el servicio.
El ingeniero llegó a tiempo, fue educado e hizo una instalación ordenada muy ordenada.
Muy buena empresa, confiable y eficiente.
