I've had hypnotherapy before but Mark took his science to a whole new level. His methods and techniques are second to none. I've come away with years of stored trauma (that I didn't even know that I had) safely put to rest. I am sleeping like a baby, virtually pain free and feel more in control of 'me'. I can't thank Mark enough. I would recommend him to anyone 💯%

Absolutely excellent.. front start to finish with my 1 hour session with Mark I feel the happiest I've ever felt in at least 3 years. I was struggling with stress & running thoughts but I now see an end to all this thanks to the wonderful Mark.

Felt very welcome and relaxed from the minute I met Mark , had little understanding of hypnotherapy and Mark took the time to explain and show me how it works.

I first visited Maradels to experience soundbathing. After talking to Adele I tried the Reiki and due to my state of mind and stress levels I went on to the hypnotherapy. I cannot explain how much it has all helped me. I still suffer from stress and depression but after the hypnosis, I feel as though I can deal with it.
I just want to thank Mark and Adele and I would highly recommend their services to anyone who is feeling overwhelmed or unable to cope with life on a daily basis.
I also love that they are in no rush to finish a session. It takes as long as it takes. I will be seeing more of them.

Mark is simply fantastic. His hypnotherapy techniques are brilliant. I am in the UK and he is in Spain, but my appointments are on zoom and it really works, it’s so convenient and nice to be in your own home. I feel like a different person after seeing Mark. He has also helped my daughter who is 12 with her anxiety. Again his techniques and relaxation have really helped her deal with how she has been feeling. If you want to change your life for the better, he’s the one!

Mark's Hypnotherapy sessions have been a fantastic support all-round, helping me dig into and calmly reassess a variety of my more difficult traits. From easily relaxing into the session (for a hardcore fidget like me, no mean feat but every session I manage to come to complete rest - an enlightening activity in itself!) to the consummately intelligent, insightful, friendly, reassuring and thoroughly calming manner in which Mark conducts himself, I cannot recommend his services enough.

Had hypnotherapy with Mark a few minutes ago to help with my diet. Having put on 4 stone though grief, covid and illness I tried everything to get the weight off but kept on self sabotaging. Until i was introduced to Mark. I've always been very skeptical about hypnotherapy but can honestly say it was an experience that definitely changed my mind set. I changed the way I thought about food and the choices a made and generally about myself now i'm almost half way to my goal. Since having hypnotherapy with Mark I feel much more calmer and am at peace within myself, instead of feeling anxious or emotionally angry if things went out of my control or that anything was not was perfect, which was the root issue to my behaviour.
I would definitely recommend this therapy wirh Mark.
Both Adele and Mark are extremely warm and friendly people, and put you at ease as soon as you arrive.

I went to Mark for a hypnotherapy treatment regarding weight loss. For years I have tried / attended various slimming clubs, I've tried all the diets only to loose weight then regain it each time with more added weight on top. I did many years ago have a hypnotherapy treatment but this had no effect on me.
I remember sitting in Marks chair thinking "ok I'm open to having this treatment but I doubt it'll do anything"
Well what I didn't know was his hypnotherapy was different, Mark takes you back in time, he takes you to the times/places where my association with food was., addressing my subconscious mind to the reasons why I self distruct, why my eating habits are what they were. It was addressing my life long issue with food and the association I had with it.
To date I have only had one session but since that treatment the scales have only shown a loss and then twice a maintain ( but had family over/so lots of eating out) . I no longer stress about food, to be honest I don't think about it. The habits of opening fridges and cupboards to pick at food have stopped. I stop eating when I'm full..... I never before had a full feeling I could always eat more... I now leave food on my plate (where as before I'd never leave food)
I would highly recommend Mark,he really is incredible in his field.. Mark has also treated my friend ( sleeping issue) my daughter in law ( anxiety/ personal trauma issues) and both of them have had excellent results..
Thank you Mark, your ability in this field, the care and time you give each client is fantastic. You set no time on a treatment, you treat each client as an individual, giving the individual the time needed to address their issue and I must add at no extra cost.. Amazing. Thank you🙏

Ive had a few hypnotherapy sessions with Mark and I can honestly say it is the most relaxing feeling ever you feel so chilled out as if the weight has been lifted from your shoulders,Mark is so professional and makes you feel at ease.I highly recommend trying it out for yourself!

I recently had hypnotherapy with Mark to assist me to stop vaping. I had a fabulous experience and am very pleased to report I'm no longer a "Vaper". The session was very relaxing and perfect as was able to have the session via zoom, so from the comfort of my own home. Making him accessible to anyone from literally anywhere. I know he offers hypnotherapy for a number of other things people may need help with and should I feel I may benefit from anything else, I would most definitely seek Marks help.

If I could give 10 stars I definitely would! I actually went for a hypnotherapy session with Mark and I really felt at home and I felt like I was in very good hands. He is very professional and really makes you feel comfortable and the best part of it is that it actually works and I wish I would have gone earlier! Another thing I loved was the location and the property itself. The views from there and the tranquility is out of this world. For anyone looking for a retreat or holistic therapies etc I would highly recommend getting in touch with them!

I’ve had some incredible past life regression, future life progression and hypnotherapy with Mark. Mark knows how to get the most out of his clients to maximise their experience by guiding them with appropriate questions. Getting us to really think about, dig deep and do the healing. This type of transformational subconscious healing is so impactful in our life. It massively supported me to move forward without the old thought patterns.

Mark and Adele are wonderful, gifted souls.
They have mastered their art and are highly effective therapists.
Mark helped me to end an unhealthy relationship with alcohol and as a result I have been alcohol free for 3 years. And what’s more remarkable, is that we achieved this in just ONE hypnotherapy session!
Mark has also helped me to shed 4 unwanted stones and I feel fabulous!
