Albergue Rehoboth

If you have the chance to stay here as a pilgrim you absolutely should. The place is beautiful and the hospitaleros are so generous. There is definitely a Christian undertone, so make sure to be open to some very interesting conversation regarding religion. I couldn't recommend this place more, I loved having the opportunity to stay there.

Craig was amazing, can't thank him enough for what he did. I'm not going to go into details because that might raise expectations to unrealistic levels in future non-covid times when hopefully more pilgrims are passing through this wonderful albergue but this place is the spirit of the Camino. The physical building is lovely and being expanded. If you're not religious (like me) don't be concerned about getting too much religion at this place, they're missionaries but good and reasonable at what they do.

Excellent very small Albergue. The beds most comfortable so far and had the best night's sleep on this Camino so far. Dorothea is an excellent hostess who speaks English and Spanish fluently so was a huge help for us in helping to organise our next stop as well. Thoroughly recommend stopping here for a night on your Camino.

I just stopped by, a few years ago, for a coffee. Pity it was early morning but I would have gladly stopped for the night. Now i just listened to Craigh's interview on the podcast and stopped by to say hi. Hope to visit you again! All the best of luck. Ultreya!

Beautiful Albergue, very nice owner (South-African so also English speaking). Too bad it was too early for us to stop so we just had a cup of coffee but we would have liked to stay. Dormitory looked superb!

Amazing courtesy from the faculty. Social and happy to talk to the man that greeted us was amazing. The building was well decorated and welcoming. A must go for the fellow pilgrim.

Stopped here on my way to Santiago. I had a very constructive chat with Craig Wallace about life and experiences. I hope I can meet him one more time.

This is one of the "must stay" places on the VDLP Sanabres Camino.
They only have 4 beds, so you may need to book ahead of you want to stay.
Otherwise call in for refreshments and a rest.
This is a very welcoming donativo establishment, so give generously.

stopped here for coffee and a lovely conversation. the camino felt brighter and my backpack lighter afterwards. would definitely plan to stay here my next time through.

Mit großer Liebe erschaffene Herberge. Einfach ein Traum. Der Herbergsvater kocht eine tolle asturische Bohnensuppe. Für vier Pilger ist Platz.
Sehr sauber und ordentlich. 20 €. Hier kann man sich vom Camino etwas erholen.

Bueno pare porque creía que me iban a dar palique, pero la mujer no me dio mucho... digamos que puedes pedir lo que quieras para beber, cerveza, coca cola, aquarius, etc... esas consumiciones te cobran 2.2e cada una, nada de donativo, pero se toman la molestia de poner hielo e incluso rodajas de limón
Puedes beber algo allí en una sala muy fresquita
Tiene albergue, 4 camas, el sitio es muy bonito, pero en el pueblo no hay nada, si te quieres quedar deberías llevar tú comida, le pregunte si podía dar cena y me dijo que algo podía dar, no sé que sería...
El día de antes llame 4 veces y nadie lo cogía,

Una verdadera pasada de albergue, muy limpio y muy bonito, casa rehabilitada con gusto, baños y cocina completa, habitación con cena incluida a un precio ridiculo, ademas de buena atención, si pasas por alli te has de quedar, lo recordaras siempre

Gran lugar para descansar y reponer fuerzas. Matrimonio muy acogedor y servicial, prepararon cena , café y al día siguiente desayuno ya que en el pueblo no hay tiendas, también fueron en coche a comprar a un pueblo cercano y nos dijeron que si necesitábamos algo. Gran labor la suya acercando el camino a la gente desde la fe.

Magnífico albergue para peregrinos, de donativo, 4 camas, cocina y la ducha más bonita de todo el Camino.
Verdadera hospitalidad cristiana de un matrimonio y sus hijos que restauraron ellos mismos una casa abandonada y la convirtieron en un lugar de descanso para el peregrino.
Aunque no pernoctes, es muy recomendable la visita, charla y sobre todo, beber de la fuente de piedra.
