El Pont de Suert is a town located in middle of the Ribagorça, with good access to its many attractions, both in Catalonia and Aragón. The town is inhabitated by around 2,500 people, with its fair share of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and a health center.

From Pont de Suert you can start some hiking paths: the Camí de l'aigua (easiest of them, trailing alongside the Noguera Ribagorçana which runs through the town and connects with other small settlements), and paths to Ventolà, Buira, Cirés, and Gotarta,

Pont de Suert is a middle point, around 1 hour away from some ski stations, such as Boi-Taull, Cerler and Baqueira. It is also nearby to a few touristic highlights in Aragón, such as Roda de Isabéna, Benasque, and Aínsa.

Lugar de paso bien situado en los ejes Norte-Sur y Este-Oeste, pero que carece de belleza como población pirenaica. Tiene lo suficiente para abastecerse y continuar camino en cualquier dirección.
