The Hippie Baker

I love this place. The Hippie Bakery does the best coffee in Vigo and their pastries and bread are delicious along with their avocado and toast. Not to mention the Cinnamon rolls! Sonia and Marco are always welcoming and have created a cafe that draws in locals and visitors to enjoy. A must visit!

It’s a cute little corner vegan bakery in Vigo. I love that they are dog friendly. The cappuccino was great. The matcha latte was great. The cinnamon roll need a bit more cinnamon and glaze. The pain au chocolat would be better if it is more flaky and has more chocolate late. It’s a great place to visit when you are in Vigo ❤

Very charming establishments. The best coffee we had in Vigo. You must try chocolate croissants and apple pie.

Stumbled upon this when going to the Cies Island ferry and came back a second time because it was so amazing! Great coffee, and OMG THE CINNAMON ROLL ♥♥♥ loved the music and vibe. Highly recommend

Absolutely delightful hosts. Gorgeous, tasty avocado & tomato on home made sour dough (totally yummy). What can I say about the banana & walnut cake? Moist. Light. Moreish.

100% vegan bakery and coffee shop ..The cinnamon buns are to die for ..😋😋.. we came off a cruise ship crossed the road and saw the sign .. A must visit when in Vigo all are welcome ..The owners are lovely people and speak perfect English ..much better than our Spanish 😂. Just go there you will not be disappointed..

Very nice and cosy place for a great caffee. You will sit right in the middel of the bakery and can watch how the magic happens. The café is quite tasty and prepared with love. Will always come back to start the day in the best possible mood!

A wonderful experience! I ordered a matcha cookie & pistachio cake with a cappuccino. Everything was amazing! The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is super cozy! 10/10 would go back and try one of everything, if my stomach would allow it!

Delicious coffee, nice staff. Freshly baked bread, avocado and tomato vegan toast, vegan croissant 🥐. All baked just in an open kitchen. Impressive.

Hands down the best oat milk latté I've ever had. Their pastries & baked goods are so delicious and all vegan! I love this place and will make a point of heading there every time I am in Vigo.

The BEST (vegan) cinnamon rolls I’ve ever eaten. I am not vegan & usually wouldn’t go for the vegan alternative, but let me tell you these ones are EXCEPTIONALY good. The place itself is super cute too and you can literally see and taste the love & effort they put in.

Amazing coffee, very tasty, I only stayed few minutes but the people inside seem to be very comfortable, in other time I will take the photo.
