Olin Store

Much better personal service than the bigger companies like Vodafone from this young company. Especially in their phone treatment, (and at their shop in san pedro). Whether customer or technical support. You don't speak to a robot but rather a person that tries to help you and talks to you like a normal person. Without trying to push a product onto you either.

No comparison in price... Much cheaper. I was paying 70€ with vodafone for internet at home + mobile. Asked them to bring the price down 3 times. Eventually after 3 months they rang me back and offered to bring it down just 8€ to 62€/ month.
I'm paying 25€/ month for internet at home + mobile with Olin now. Much better. A farer price I feel.

No connection issues for me. Not a glitch so far and I've had it for a month now.
Highly recommend. Especially over the bigger companies that treat their customers worse and worse it seems.
Glad I did my research and went with the smaller, cheaper company that's trying a bit harder.

Having had many problems and no resolution with Movistar, we visited the Olin store in San Pedro, near to the plaza inglesia. Very pleasant and helpful with the new system being installed in next couple of days

Great service by the helpful employees who try their hardest to mitigate the shortcomings of the Olin services.
Pity the Internet/ mobile services do not match the high client services provided at the San Pedro location.

Aunque la red móvil o el servicio de fibra puede fallar por motivos técnicos, la atención al cliente está a nivel máximo como siempre. Todos los problemas los solucionamos con el empleado Miguel, y siempre atiende a nuestra empresa rápido y con la mejor calidad (da igual si es para hacer un nuevo contrato o resolver el problema técnico de la red móvil). Si llegamos a tener algún problema técnico de fibra - siempre nos ayuda el departamento técnico, los chicos bien educados, pacientes y eficientes. Gracias a la gente así - Olin (Olivenet) sigue teniendo clientes leales!!

Llevo ya un tiempo con ellos y es de lo mejorcito del mercado a pesar de ser una empresa joven. Me ha sorprendido gratamente. Además, la atención personalizada y de calidad que te brindan, no tiene precio. Me atendió Miguel y quedé súper satisfecha. Recomendado 100%

Este oficina tiene un service exelente !!!! Hoy estuvo en este oficio e una trabajadora Brazilena me ayudado resolver todos mis problemas con internet e aumentar velocidad de fibra . Es una trabajadora MUY amable !!!!!!!!!
