I can't say enough good things about CrossFit Thalassa Denia! Paula and Fran are top-notch, creating a positive and supportive atmosphere. The variety in workouts keeps things exciting, and I've seen incredible progress in my fitness. The community is friendly and motivating, making every session enjoyable. The facility is clean and well-equipped, and the staff is always ready to assist. If you're looking for a place that combines great workouts with a fantastic community, CrossFit Thalassa Denia is the spot!

The art of true coaching is to pick up the athlete where they are at, empowering them to have more confidence so they can reach the next level. Paula and Fran are experts at this!

In my two weeks in Denia, I attended the box weightlifting classes. As a drop in I was directly integrated into the group.

The exercises for mobility and technique are perfectly matched to the respective lifts (snatch, clean). The coaches take the time to also specifically address each participant in the course. Technique is more important than high up your weight!

For me, the time in the box was a complete success. Both in Snatch and Power Clean I was able to find my new level (1RM) with the support of Paula and Fran. The tips and advice will help me work towards the next level.

On my next visit to Denia I will absolutely drop in again at CrossFit Thalassa.

A really nice CrossFit gym. Great coaching and nice space. Dropped in while on holiday in Dénia and was welcomed by the owners and members. Had a great workout with effective coaching. Space is on the smaller side but is very clean and equipment was in great repair. Plenty of room for the class. If I lived here I would be happy to make this my primary gym.

Came here twice on my holiday and such a welcoming friendly place. The instructor Fran explained everything in English to me and always made sure I understood what I was meant to be doing. Two great workouts. Would give 10 stars if I could.

This crossfit box was really nice with a good atmosphere. I was in Denia for one week and attended 3 classes, and I enjoyed everyone of them. Will definitely also visit next time I am in Denia!!

Great box to practice crossfit in Dénia. Franck and Paula are really friendly and welcoming as are their membership. They make you feel like if you were part of the box even though you come for a drop in

While I staid in Denia for winter I have visited multiple CF boxes: 2 in Denia, 3 in Javea, 2 in Valencia, 1 in Malaga to be precise. I must say that Thallasa was the best among them by far. And it’s not about the box, eqipment or location. Its about the coaches and their dedication to their craft. The programming is great, warmup, they always show u the movement and technique. They don’t cut corners where 99% of CF coaches do. If you want to get in shape, be more functional, stronger and just generally a better human moving machine. This is the place.

The best place! Such good coaching and very patient teachers who explain in English for me. I was a beginner at CrossFit and now this feels like home.

Really warm welcomes from the box owners ! Coaches were taking care of me while proposing some challenges and new activities I didn’t realize before. Good place to growth :-)

My son and I did a drop-in last week in the morning class. The coach explained everything very well. We really enjoyed our WOD. Great box!

He aprovechado mis vacaciones en Denia para probar el CrossFit y ¡creo que no podría haber elegido un lugar mejor!

No había realizado nunca este deporte pero esto no ha sido ningún problema. Las clases son totalmente personalizadas y adaptadas a tu nivel ya que los grupos son reducidos para ello, los entrenadores están siempre pendientes para que realices correctamente los ejercicios (muy insistentes con que realices las cosas con la técnica correcta) y el trato de cada uno de ellos es inmejorable. Las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas, dejándome en todo momento utilizar el material necesario para las sesiones.
El ambiente que se crea entre entrenadores y compañeros hace que te motives y exprimas todas las sesiones intentando mejorar y superarte en cada una de ellas.

Solo tengo buenas palabras, de verdad.
Volveré siempre que vaya a Denia!!!

He venido a probar y he salido encantada. Fran es muy simpático y ha explicado todo genial. Era un WOD en parejas y el ambiente ha sido excepcional. Volveré seguro.

Hemos hecho un WOD con Fran y ha estado estupendo!
Se ha aprendido nuestros nombres en 2 minutos, el calentamiento ha estado muy bien, nos ha corregido durante el entreno y hemos hecho estiramientos al terminar. Además no tenía calleras y me ha prestado unas!
Todo muy bien, de verdad lo recomiendo!

El mejor box en el que he estado nunca. Tenía miedo a practicar crossfit por hacerme daño, ya que venía de otro sitio en el que no se fijaban en la técnica.

Fran es un excelente profesional que cuida mucho la ejecución de cada uno de los ejercicios. Siempre está pendiente de sus alumnos.

Los calentamientos son muy buenos, enfocados siempre a lo que luego se va a entrenar. Además, incluye estiramientos.

El ambiente es inmejorable. Yo sólo he estado unas semanas y me he sentido muy acogida. Ojalá pudiese tener un box así en mi lugar de residencia habitual. Aunque tengo claro que cada vez que vuelva a Denia, me apuntaré a entrenar con vosotros. Muchas gracias por estas semanas.
