Aldapeta Gastrobar

Felt slightly underdressed for dinner as we didn't realise the restaurant was located in the hotel but the staff didn't mind. It was also a great idea for them to keep the drinkers only in a separate section from those dining for food (which helped the atmosphere tremendously). We shared the steamed mussels as a starter and the seafood paella for our main. It was relatively hard to find a good rated paella in town and I can safely say that we demolished ours. The dessert menu looked really good and the price was super decent, we shared the grilled peaches with ice cream. The staff/waitresses were extremely friendly and patient with me conversing in my limited Spanish - 5/5

good braised beef. fish was ok - skin was soggy. waiter was friendly, courteous, and spoke excellent english. olive oil selection was good.

It was a pleasure dining at Aldapeta gastrobar. Worth walking all the stairs up! Impeccable service and delicious food. We really enjoyed the rice with beef dish. Many thanks and highly recommend this place.

Great food - all well presented, we recommend the lamb shank as well as the croquettes. The service really made it a nice meal too - every staff member we interacted with was pleasant and attentive.

We were a little surprised and uncertain when we realized the restaurant was inside a hotel, but were very pleasantly surprised. Food was very good (we had starters + shared paella) and the wait staff was great, too.

Amazing food and great service, the seafood paella is the best I've tasted. Couldn't recommend this restaurant enough. Husband had the lamb main was genuinely a dining experience to remember.

Localizado dentro do Hotel Catalonia. É preciso fazer reserva, mas os garçons fizeram a gentileza de abrir uma exceção para nós. Nos deram um delicioso aperitivo de polvo e camarão, e pedimos croquetes de jamón e pollo, que estavam muito gostosos. A salada verde estava boa e a paella e o arroz de lagosta estavam uma delícia! Excelente atendimento!

Situé dans l'hôtel, le cadre est très beau. Le service agréable avec du personnel très souriant. Nous avons pris la paella de lotte et crevettes, c'était un délice. On a pris qu'un plat et c'est très copieux.

Un servicio y ambiente excelente. Todos los camareros muy amables y atentos. Comimos unos entrantes y una paella de rape y gambas que nos gustó mucho a todos. Si estamos otra vez por la zona, repetiremos.

Lugar fantástico en pleno centro de la ciudad con unas vistas increíbles. Comida riquísima y que no se salía para nada de los precios estándares. A destacar el arroz cremoso de rabo de toro.
Como punto negativo diría que el día que fuimos no tenían arroz seco con txuleta y nos lo pusieron con solomillo sin que nos modificará el precio, cuando en si, estas pagando por el precio de la txuleta. Volveremos

He ido a cenar con mi pareja de celebración sin saber yo a dónde íbamos. Me ha sorprendido muchísimo tanto la imagen del sitio, que está en un enclave de Donosti, como la comida. Ha sido memorable y el trato… Espectacular! Mil gracias por hacernos pasar una noche tan perfecta. No hay duda de que volveremos con ganas de probar los platos de arroz (La tarta de queso indispensable)

Hemos ido unas amigas y hemos salido encantadas, comida espectacular, servicio impecable, encantador.
Sin duda volveremos a repetir.
Todo ha sido genial pero la atención del servicio ha sido lo mejor.

Le cadre est très joli, sophistiqué mais sans prétention de la part du service. Le personnel est agréable et de très bon conseils pour le vin comme pour les plats.
