Really happy with the service I received at this store.

I was in search for a particular coat that they sold here and after speaking with Ubaldo she provide me with an outstanding level of customer service.

She was helpful, understanding and helped me throughout. I was too far away to visit the store and she offered to ship the product to me for free.

I'm so happy with the coat because there's not many places that stock this coat anymore, she gave me a discount before the black Friday offers began and gave me updates throughout the delivery process.

I had my nice coat stolen when I was in Barcelona two weeks ago. Receiving this good service and a nice brand new jacket in time for the winter has made me a very happy man and I would highly recommend this store to everyone!
