These five stars are for the associate GERI that works here. Orange has zero customer service, no phone number to call that reaches a person that actually helps you, and we wouldn’t have orange if it weren’t for Geri’s continuous helpfulness. She went above and beyond

Sim card had stopped working from an Orange store we bought in Barcelona, came here staff was super helpful and they also found out that the barcelona store had scammed us out of 10 euros. We had bought 5G and 40min prepaid for 25 euros they said that plan is acutally only 15 euros and we should have gotten a ticket detailing the plan so we wouldn't have texted and caused the account to lock. This place took care of us and got our sim card to work again so we can use it for the rest of our trip at no extra cost and only 10-15mins.

The staff was very helpful and kind, but I will say if you do not speak Spanish it can be a bit difficult (that is not to say they have to speak English as it is a Spanish speaking country, just something to keep in mind if you are a traveler)

Em van atendre al moment. Servicials i eficaços, sobretot un noi que crec es deia Amaury ( disculpeu- me la mala memoria). L' eficiència d'aquesta botiga no té res a veure , és clar, amb la que pugui tenir Orange ( vaig contractar un router d'Internet rural i m'està donant una velocitat que fa vint-i-cinc anys ja hauria estat mediocre. Ara és tan desastrosa que resulta humorística i tot - 100 kb ps).

Increible l'atenció de Zora un servei de 10/10 porto temps intentant canviar de teléfono pero a les oficinas que tenen en x llocs em deien que no es podia que hi había un error I etc etc. Zora ha respos tots els meus dubtes I sobre tot molt eficaz. Ja se on anar quan tingui un dubte.
