Great service by David and his colleagues. One even gave his personal water to fill my bottles! Bike is set up together before you leave. English is nonissue so it is good for tourists renting a bike. The bike itself was in great condition and able to take me up and down the mountain without issues! Thank you for the kind service!

The whole process went very smoothly and Kevin, the assistant, was very clear with answers to any questions and explaining all the features, even up to cleaning the bike. Would definitely recommend. Kevin and the team at Bike Philosophy provided a solution to a major and very complicated issue I had with my Scott bicycle. They were friendly, helpful and communicative throughout the process. Prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop.

I rented a couple of mountain bikes from them for a month during our vacation in Marbella. The service was amazing and the bikes were nice and well tuned, we used these bikes on a daily basis going off-road and up mount Ojen. I'll probably be buying a bike from them on my next trip. I would highly recommend them.

BikePhilosophy Marbella is THE bike store to go to in Marbella - I highly recommend going here. I shipped my bike from USA to their shop in order to do a race in Marbella. They assembled, did a tune up of my bike and got it race ready as well as helped to disassemble and pack it to be shipped home after the race.

The customer service, staff and bike mechanic work was excellent and they were very accommodating. There are also plenty of items they sell in the store such that if you were traveling and forgot something they probably sell it.

Wonderful service. I bought a number of accessories including pedals for my Scott eride bike. Good prices and appreciated their suggestions that worked out fine. Next day, I found I couldn't get the old pedals off. Called Bike Philosophy and they agreed to replace the pedals which they did today. They didn't charge even though I hadn't bought the bike from them. Highly recommended.

We went to both the Malaga shop & the Marbella one. Carlos in Malaga was so helpful & really went above & beyond to help us find the E bike that suited my husband best. Carlos & Kevin in Marbella were also very helpful.
I would definitely recommend them & would use them again.

Turned up unannounced with a gear shift problem, shop already busy at 10am on a Saturday, was seen straight away, mechanic found and fixed the problem in 15mins, more than happy to pay the 10euros repair cost, excellent service, highly recommended
