I'm from EE. UU. & I didn't have any idea of a place like a pawnshop here. Cash converters is the equivalent. Because of the time change from where I'm from -8 hrs, different holidays.... Hahaha. I would say excessive holidays here in Madrid which its great, for I reside here now. I had an emergency....long story. But I was advise if I need it to, this place. I was a little thrown back since I know the costumer service in the states at these places are really bad. Making you feel like u are a redneck picking up trash to make a bit of money and not work. But I need it to. I was surprise of the great costumer service at the time of pawn. Fast and they make you feel what it is. ITS AN EMERGENCY NON OF YOUR BUSINESS OF MY FINANCIAL SITUATION. 🙌. I Was even more surprise today Nov 18 morning time at the pick up place and sales dept. The lady in the register was at its best of what she was doing and giving you some advise specially; when you are new to this in a different country, continent. It's really handy. I was even more please with JORGE whom he as well as the lady helped me with some questions concerns etc. Sorry I did not get the name of the lady / girl, for she was very busy at the register, but JORGE was on the floor and i had to asked for items that might stop by to purchase. Kuddos JORGE. I am sure I will become for sure a recurrent customer at your store here in Fuenlabrada. I live here and it's good to know there is a store like this as a traveler some times we already know that the new and used stuff from these type of stores are warrantee since when they pick them up they take their time to make sure they are good in proper working conditions so I have no doubt picking up an item from a second hand store. Specially with staff like JORGE! Great job hope to see you tomorrow if not soon. Thank you for your help as well as your compi. 👍 You are the best 🤪

Ci tengo a dire che un venditore, di nome algo como Isidro o Isidoro, è stato molto gentile e disponibile ieri con me.
Nonostante non stavo comprando ma solo vedendo, lui è stato ugualmente professionale. Non ho comprato solo perchè cercavo un movil, niente di importante e posso aspettare... Adesso so che ho anche questo negozio dove fare i miei acquisti...
