The girl who helped me was very nice. I like Maxmara and when they have such charming salespeople I like her even more. Thank you Ophelia for making our latest purchases the best this year. I hope to return to Spain soon to visit that store.

Super rude saleswoman. The entire store items are currently on sale and the saleswoman acted like she was doing customers a favour as "the products are so cheap now". I was about to purchase a bag and found a significant scratch on the metal handle. She literally said this in a very unpleasant tone "this is the last one. It's so cheap already. Take it or leave it." What a shame. There is no way I would purchase anything from a salesperson with this manner.
