Super impressed with the staff and my bike. Picked up a meta TR in person and it was super smooth. I stayed for a couple of weeks in Andorra and rode it hard in the bike park. I had a couple of small issues with my components (frame was bombproof) and the staff were very helpful in fixing all the problems. Would definitely recommend. Thanks guys.

Great customer experience. Hugely appreciated. Coming to the bike park for 3 days. Found a crack in my rim of my 4 year old Meta. Called the guys who went out of their way to source the part, get it delivered, find time in the workshop and do me a wheel build. All the same day. Many thanks guys, great service, great brand. Massively appreciated.

PS- my sons rental Clash Junior was quite unbelievably awesome as a rental. One very stoked 10 year old!!!

So pleased to find a store that was so helpful and had a Haibike spare that I could not locate in the UK. They sent the part to Fenasosa bike park in Spain where we were riding. Good communication, spoke English and good email communication. Thank you Philippe.

Ordered a bike online: quick delivery, well-packaged, easy to build up the bike.
Great bike: all A-class materials, value for money.

Best brand in the world by far. Just asked them to swap my 150mm dropper post for a 125mm on a BRAND NEW Meta AM 4.2 as my inseam size felt awkward in a size L...and they did. Got my 125mm dropper in no time.
As the bike came from La Reunion, during the shipping process the bike box got a hole in it..leading to a damaged derailleur...COMMENCAL got me covered on this as well. I got a new Sram GX in no time.
BUt wait, cause there's more...after my first ride I felt that my brake levers felt a bit sluggish on my Sram Guide RE...told COMMENCAL and they told me to ship them back. After a week...I got a pair of Guide RS, which are silky smooth and they stop like nothing on earth. And they are way more expensive than the Guide RE that came as stock!!!!
Maybe I've been a lucky dude...but these guys have treated me BRILLIANTLY.
I'll keep buying COMMENCALs for ages(*)

The best Bike

Hab sei 4 Wochen ein Meta TR Öhlins Edition in Größe L, Gewicht ohne Schläuche und ohne Pedale 14,7 Kg. Sehr gut verarbeitet und ausgestattet, die Öhlins Elemente sind sehr wertig, aber etwas umständlich einzustellen, das Bike klettert ausgesprochen gut, trotz dem Gewicht für längere Touren gut geeignet, auf dem Trail hervorragend, mein bisher bestes Trail Bike.... der telefonische Support in Andorra auf Deutsch!!!! war sehr hilfreich und professionell

J’ai précommandé un vélo l’année passée, je l’ai reçu un peu à l’avance. Le service après vente est excellent. La réactivité est à la hauteur de la qualité des produits vendus. #CommencalClashXs

2 vélos achetés, très satisfait du matériel. J'ai pu tester à 2 reprise le SAV pour des problèmes sur des composants (tige de selle, moteur). Suivi rapide et efficace en garantie à chaque fois.
Bref, à recommander.

Impossible de passer devant sans le voir, la déco intérieure et extérieure est magnifique, l'équipe est très sympa et de très bon conseils. A aller si vous êtes fan de vélo

3 ème vélo Commencal, toujours aussi satisfait ! Les équipes commerciales et SAV sont au top, toujours à l'écoute, très professionnelles et compétentes, malgré le contexte actuel. Merci particulièrement à Gregory (achat) et Romain (SAV) avec qui j'ai eu le plaisir de traiter en direct.

Meine bisher beste Erfahrung mit einem Bike-Versender. Sehr guter und netter Kundenservice mit viel Geduld. Hier wird wirklich alles getan, um den Kunden auf dessen Wunsch-Bike zu bringen.

Das Fahrrad an sich ist ein kleiner Traum (Clash Essential 2021). Oft haben Versender-Bikes bzw. schon zusammengestellte Bikes in dieser Preisklasse Schwachstellen. Hier passt straight out of the box alles.

Auch das Ersatzteillager wirkt gut sortiert und sollte man es benötigen, kann man für sein Fahrrad zB gleich ein ganzes Lagerset kaufen. So muss man sich nicht alle Lager einzeln zusammen suchen. Auch ein guter Service wie ich finde.

Rundum kann ich Commencal als Hersteller/Versender empfehlen.

Edit: die ersten 500 km sind drauf und nach wie vor bin ich mega happy. Ich habe 2 Volume Spacer noch in den Dämpfer integriert, ansonsten fahre ich das Fahrrad noch genauso wie es kam. Bisher knackt und klappert nichts. Die Endurobearings scheinen einen sehr guten Job zu machen.

Biciclette di sostanza, per distinguersi dalla massa. Pochi modelli, pochi colori, ma assemblaggi meccanici sempre ben studiati e coerenti alla destinazione d'uso della bici. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
