La atención telefónica de Naturgy (igual que en muchas empresas) es nefasta, por eso cuando tengo una duda o algún problema me acerco a esta oficina y te soluciona al momento cualquier problema con un trato cercano y amigable. Gracias.

Recomiendo totalmente. Muy resolutivo y amable, y te asesora con mucha profesionalidad. Da gusto encontrar personas así.
Lo único a tener en cuenta es lo que indica otra reseña: la dirección es correcta pero si haces caso a Google Maps, llegas a Castellón, cuando la oficina se encuentra en Villarreal.

Gracias a Oscar, he entendido mi factura de gas y lo más importante, me he cambiado la luz con Naturgy.
Vine hace 1 mes y veo que la oficina la lleva Montgas, canal directo de Naturgy y he notado la diferencia en 5 minutos (para mejor).

Estuve de vacaciones y tuve que ir a solucionar un problema con una factura a la tienda d naturgy en Villareal. Lo de que por tfno ha sido imposible allí me lo resolvieron enseguida. Gracias por la atención prestada en la oficina no dudaría en volver.

La dirección está incorrecta, esta ubicando la Oficina Naturgy Vila-real en la calle Rio Ebro de CASTELLÓN, cuando se encuentra en la avenida Río Ebro de VILA-REAL. Ruego solventen el error para no llevar a confusión a más clientes como a mí, muchas gracias.
