Brilliant professional family run business. Perfect service from beginning to end. Any queries sorted immediately . Delivered to the door and assembled at home by expert fitters. Cannot fault this shop.

Extremely impressed by the excellent customer service. We ordered a new bed as we had guests coming to stay. Unfortunately, there was a delay in the manufacturing process. Koala promptly delivered a new bed to use in the meantime. When the new bed arrived they came and replaced it. That’s what I call customer service!

We recently purchased a sofa bed from Koala for our apartment in Mojacar. Koala were brilliant to deal with, they provided great service and their communications were excellent. They are friendly and knowledgable. We have no hesitation recommending Koala to other people and hope to deal with them again in the future.

Found the conservatory furniture which was ideal for our home,at a very fair price.The delivery was for 11.00 and the van arrived at that time.The two delivery men had one slight problem with one large item.Looked at the various entrance's and managed to find a window wide enough to gain entrance.I recommend Koala .
