One star is too generous for this place! If it’d be possible, I’d give them minus 10. Don’t even think of buying anything from this shop. It’s a complete and utter rip off and dishonest dealing!

3 weeks ago, I bought an underwater camera from them for £69 and an 32 GB SD memory card for £29 (Later, I found the same camera and SD card on Amazon for £19 and £5 respectively.)

In the shop, the salesman convincingly insisted, we’d need to charge the camera overnight before use. (Obviously, that must have been a scheme to ensure we don’t check it in front of him.)

Upon getting home and charging it as instructed, the camera wouldn’t work. It would light up but nothing else. The following morning we immediately went back to return it. The packaging was preserved, and the camera and SD card unused. Speaking to the same salesman, and later even the shop’s owner, they wouldn’t agree to take it back and refund us as any respectful, decent business would’ve done. They only offered to exchange for another such camera. Only, with our trust being completely broken at this stage, we just wouldn’t want anything to do with them or their ridiculously overpriced, Chinese cheap makes. We insisted on a return and refund, yet never got it. At the end, when we tried saying, it must be illegal not to give us our money back after a return the following day due to their fault, the owner just cut us with: “Take me to court then”.

Don’t get involved. Do not buy from these crooks!

I bought a kettle in Feb this year 2023 and last week it started to leek and then stopped working we took it back and asked for a replacement but we were told it had to be looked at by a technician so come back tomorrow,as it would have been a 3 hour round trip it wasn't possible,after a lot of talking it was decided we could come back in 2 hours which we did I was then asked what I put in it,it's a kettle for heaven's sake you put water in it,after more talking I was told I could have a replacement and was offered an old cheaper one bearing in mind this one had cost me 47.95 I wanted the same make back but they had none, I also wanted it red to match mt other appliances but was told no red in stock but I could have anothe zanussi but would have to pay the difference but didn't like them so chose a black ingenx instead which was 16 cheaper but offered no money back and was then told the warranty runs out the same time as first kettle how can that be when it is brand new,by this time I was very angry and couldn't wait to get out of the shop,will never go there again and will not be recommending them
