Outstanding service, super-friendly staff! I initially came for a broken spoke, but they proactively gave my bike a full check-up. The shop exudes professionalism and friendliness – highly recommended!

On 1st day of cycling holiday and a mechanical issue I could not solved roadside or at apartment Luca came up with a solution which works until new part from manufacturer in England gets to me. Amazon service and went out of way to sort. When passing area if you need assistance or spares or clothing call in as I recommend 100%.

This shop has one of the best mechanics I’ve seen in my 7 years in the bike industry. The staff is fantastic and the attitude makes you come back again. Yes, I’m really that happy since solved a mystery on my gravel bike and continue to service the bike until it ran smooth as new. Truly an experience in customer friendliness and professionalism.

Fantastic service, and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. While leaving Calpe, I noticed the preload on one of my Dura-Ace pedals had backed out. I was promptly taken care of, and back on the road within 10 minutes. You saved the rest of my trip, as these tools are uncommon to most bike shops along the southern coast. Grateful for the help, and will be back here for service, and potentially a new frame set soon!

I used this bicycle shop when they first opened for servicing and mechanical faults. I have returned to Calpe and again needed some work doing on my bike. Service is excellent and all the staff are very helpful. I recommend to anybody.

Been at Razza two times when I had problems with my bike, they have been very friendly and helpful fixing my bike while I’ve been waiting both times. Superb staff and mechanic!! Probably the best high end shop in Calpe/Altea area.

My rear derailleur cable broke and got it replaced within 2 hrs even if I contacted the service at 17h. Very good contact with the mechanic, got the rest of the bike checked during the process, all at a very attractive and honest price!

The shop is very modern and well equipped, lots of nice stuff.

I managed to leave the out front mount for my Wahoo! at home. I tried a number of different shops that didn't have one for sale before coming to Razza Cycling. They too didn't have one (they had the Roam and a brand new Elemnt Bolt) but that wasn't going to stop them; 15mins in the parts bin and although it wasn't the prettiest solution, the Wahoo! was on the bars. Thanks very much.
