THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING A BULGARI JEWEL

I’m extremely angry and disappointed with BULGARI post sale service. I bought a ring from the “Save the Children” collection to someone very special. As it was a surprise the ring didn’t fit and had to be changed to another two sizes down. For my big surprise, at BULGARI store at Madrid Barajas T4S where I bought it, they said “it could not be changed because supposedly it had been worn and had some (imperceptible) scratches on it... The ring was not worn at all, but now is my word against their word...

Of course I can not prove it was not worn neither can they prove the ring was not sold to me the way they say it is now, but the loss is mine only... It is unbelievable and unacceptable that a brand with such a standard treats the clients so poorly and makes such an awful experience the purchasing of Bulgri jewels. It’s not right to extinguish the clients right to change or refund an item which is for him/her of no use.

I feel sorry to realise that behind the story of such a beautiful project “Save the Children” people like me are hit by a much less respectable behaviour from this company’s policies and philosophy. I think everyone must know your practices, in order to have better choices to spend his/her money. Worst experience ever with a jewellery store!
