The customer service at the Javea and Teluda stores are exceptional.

Their products are of very high quality and we are looking forward to receiving the sofa bed that Miriam has helped us to order. It is really comfortable to sit on and will make a great addition for our guests.

We would definitely buy from this store again.

I loved my experience at Konfort Sueños! I worked with Lorena extensively on new mattresses, understanding sizes in Spain (quite different than I am used to in USA) and was always met with helpfulness and eagerness to troubleshoot.

Lorena made the experience so much better while understanding a new market and getting beds in our home! We had a hiccup with a canopy bed, (also not something typically sold in USA), and Lorena/team provided updates so we could understand timing. I don’t think I would buy that model again, however, it is fixed and has a 3 year manufacturing warranty should anything happen in the future.

I am pleased with the quality of pillows, items sold and overall all of the staff at Konfort! Jose and team that installed our beds/mattresses were also incredibly helpful and understanding with timing!

I needed new bed and found it from Javea shop. Not a "good deal" cause now i want to sleep longer on morning :) :) Good selection of beds and extremely friendly and professional service from Lorena! She is easygoing and joyful personalilty with whom dont feel any pressure but authentic will to find best solution to customer. Thank you Lorena! Delivery asap was quicker than asap normally is and after installers had gone ....what was left > very happy customer!

I dealt with the store in Javea and am I super satisfied with all aspects of the service, very professional, great price, and excellent knowledge of beds. The delivery arrived on time and it only took 10 minutes to set-up and they made sure the sofa bed worked properly before leaving. I strongly recommend them and they are the best!!

Una tienda de confianza con profesionales muy amables y competentes, que conocen muy bien los productos y tienen un trato especial con los clientes. Es un poco como en las tiendas antiguas, donde el cliente era el rey y no un número para la estadística de marketing. Los productos son de categoría y los precios son correctos, porque la calidad no es nunca barata. Puedo solo dar cinco estrellas porque no hay seis, pero puedo añadir un grande gracias a Raquel, Verónica y Silvia porque hemos solucionado rápidamente todos nuestros problemas de sueño: GRACIAS!

Je tiens vraiment a remercier Lorena pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Une vendeuse qui connaît parfaitement son travail et vous conseils avec professionnalisme en fonction de votre taille et votre poids sans tenter de vous vendre le matelat le plus chers du magasin comme d autres vendeurs de matelas ! He realizado varias compras en esta cadena y siempre he quedado satisfecho; colchones, bases, ropa de cama, almohadas... todo de la mejor calidad y a muy buen precio.
Cabe destacar la atención y el trato ofrecidos por Lorena; siempre se muestra comprometida tanto con la empresa como con el cilente, estando siempre dispuesta a facilitar la ayuda e información que he necesitado, agilizando así mis compras.

Nos atendió Lorena la cual nos asesoró de una forma impecable y profesional entendiendo en todo momento nuestras necesidades.
A parte de todo esto, el sofa nos fue entregado antes de la fecha programada que nos dió asi que un 10 para Konfort Sueños y sobre todo para Lorena que nos mantuvo informados en todo momento del progreso de nuestro pedido.

Compramos canapé abatible 180x200, colchón, almohadas, protectores… y quedamos tan contentos con la atención y calidad que hemos repetido para la habitación de nuestro hijo, igual que mi hermana, totalmente recomendable.

Excelente calidad y variedad en muebles, camas, colchones! Pero lo mejor de la tienda es la inmejorable atención por parte de Lorena. Recomiendo comprar aquí al 100 %

Debo reconocer el gran esfuerzo que hicieron para suministrar la cama hospitalaria a tiempo, en unas fechas difíciles por las vacaciones de fin de año. Agradezco el esfuerzo y la ayuda en aquellos momentos difíciles.
