Shipping to Germany did not work because of DHL. I have received direct feedback at any time, very professional, very concerned. Despite my offer to pay the shipping costs for a new shipment, the item was sent to me again without additional costs and this time successfully with UPS. Great shop, a bit far from the center but it's really worst the walk as the collection is really broad and let you find what you're looking for. On top, and it's also important, the sellers are helping and even if English is clearly not their preferred language we could understand each other's and we found what we needed to please our daughter.

El recomendador de tallas es genial, siempre me ha dado mucho miedo comprar zapatillas de performance por Internet por el tema de acertar con la talla, pero con ellos ha sido muy fácil. La oferta del par es la mejor que he encontrado y el servicio de atención al cliente para el seguimiento del paquete ha sido excepcional. Como única pega diría que el anuncio de "Entrega en 1-2 días laborables" no es del todo cierto, pues realicé mi pedido un miércoles por la mañana y el paquete no llegó hasta el lunes, pero es un asunto menor.
