Les llamas y les envías correos para que te envíen la factura y ni contestan, ni te la envían. Entre ellos se pasan la pelota.
Siguen sin contestar a los correos! Una praxis comercial inaceptable. Pagué 7.800 euros hace más de un mers y todavía no me han enviado la factura.

The fist time we worked with Cuines Palafrugell was in 2005. It was a good experience, but now it was like a nightmare.
We needed a small kitchen , 2x2,5 approx . We started conversations before Christmas’s and agreed most of the details end of December prior going back to USA where we live. Contract was finally signed early January including an initial payment of + 50 % . We were told that time to installation was going to take few weeks, two to two month and half worse case . Second payment went through today and Kitchen is not yet in place . In this context answers to our multiple emails are far away of showing any minimum signal of customer care
