Good service but sometimes it can be hard to get served without an appointment. I recommend you get appointments if possible to avoid any inconveniences especially during the peak hours or during the weeks when new products are available

Placed my order via the web on Friday to pick up on Saturday.
Lady who attended me (Tina) was very friendly, explaining everything important as I have an Android phone. An app for the change over, certain paid services if needed. Explained the workshops they do. Great attention and was there for you.
She then helped clarify many things regarding the iPad.

Would recommend going there as the service I and my wife received was great. Worth it

The employees are always happy to help. If you need to repare something book a time in the genius bar or you’ll face a long queue. They open everyday making it really helpful if you work from Monday to Friday and you need assistance with your apple product.
They have a big catalog of products to use and see if you are interested. They don’t even care if you charge your iPhone with their chargers in the store.

Made my appointment on the same day and on my arrival they explained to me how the process was with the current Covid measures. From there everything went smoothly with the tech support team, they troubleshooted my device and got back to me an hour later with the result and the proper change.

It was an amazing experience, as international traveler great location with great service and helpful staff.

I could not find any appointment for Genius Bar to change my iPhone battery so they asked me to come early morning before opening so I can have emergency appointments so I can at 9 and I wait in line with other people and when opened at 9:30 am I found everyone served by apple employee and left happy.
They took them a day to change my iPhone 6 battery for 29 euro.

Also if you buy a new stuffs do not forget to ask for a tax free if you are international traveler .

I would go there again and advices others too.

Slow and busy staff but very friendly and prompt once you get assigned one. I actually like it when no one bothers me when I’m looking at devices. You need to request a consultant once you decide to buy something or need advice.

Had a problem with my MacBook Pro Display. Everyone was super friendly and my apple advisor (Chris) spoke really good English also. My problem was solved fast and quick! Thank you.

Great service to mask a variety of common Apple issues. Went in with the same problem I had when I first purchased the MacBook, factory issue, and fast forward a couple of years later same problem but their fault now. Great customer care, though.
